Gig Affiliates - No Payment and emails bouncing (RESOLVED)

I know that Gig recently changed ownership, but I have not received any payment for April Commission ( which is unlike them ) and emails I have sent to all the addresses listed on their site have been returned as Undeliverable - Don't exist.

Does anyone have any contact details for them and was anyone paid for their April commission?

We got Payment from thrillsaffiliates but not from gigaffiliates (both are actually GiG).

GiG is not having good times, is what I heard. Really hope they are not planning to turn their back to affiliates.

I am missing payments since September last year. I have been in contact with them several times through Skype (no answer to e-mails) and been promised the payments, but I still haven´t received any payments.

Maybe after years in this industry, I'm way too suspicious. But the info below seems odd, at best.

Bruno Berlafa (ex GIG) posted over at AGD a few days ago.

gig .com/about-us/offices/ (who btw are now trading as: Gaming Innovation Group)... Very nice digs they have @GIG Beach. Akin to a 5 star hotel, and not a work place environment. I suppose that's were all affiliates hard work and non commission payments have gone.

Just seems odd that MT SecureTrade pops up at Dreamz .com, while Bruno (ex GIG) seems to give the impression that Armstrong Affiliates and Dreamz, are separate entities and not connect to GIG et al.

My question is: With so many offices, casinos and resources, why are affiliates not being paid by GIG???!!! (I'd be yanking their banners etc)

Gig sold/ transferred all their casinos to Betsson.
Betsson says the casinos will stay online for atleast 30 months. After that, no idea.......

You'll have seen me around the forum in the past, I'm now at Betsson working with the GiG brands.

Firstly apologies to those have been having issues getting in touch with GiG and receiving payments and i'd like to get the bottom of each one and get it resolved ASAP for you.

I am pleased to say that my issue has been resolved and I have received payment for April and a promise for the May payment to be made in the usual payment run.
Elaine was very quick to respond to my email and got the payment sorted out within 2 days.

Dreamz is a GIG white label. GIG started out as iGaming Cloud with the core business being the B2B platform.

Don't think you should be throwing around peoples names like that in a negative way, especially with literally 0 basis for it. Dreamz are paying affs and so is GIG and apart from being B2B partners they have got nothing to do with each other.

I think my issue with the payments has been solved as well. They told me that the payment was done yesterday through a bank transfer so I should probably have the money within a few days. Elaine and Chloe has been very helpful with this issue.
