About LinkBacksAs many probably on this forum know, Genesis Global Ltd went into bankruptcy in DEC 2022 / JAN 2023. At the time, we asked to be added to the creditor list. Naturally, affiliates are at the bottom of the priority list, thus I don't expect us to receive any kind of meaningful settlement for the outstanding balance. Luckily, I managed to get a last-ditch payment in late 2022, thus the owed amount is much lower, yet still a good chunk of money.
Does anyone have an update or did anyone receive a communication from the Maltese bankruptcy court or the trustee/liquidator?

No news whatsoever. Personally I have long assumed that nothing more would be coming from their trustee/liquidator.

Found out only today who it is. No answer yet from her but will update if there is anything ever.
