GaminGang is the affiliate program for 50statescasino.com, a Top Game casino. In my opinion, they have demonstrated unethical behavior (spamming) at worst, and poor business practices (not verifying email addresses on owned, bought, or harvested email lists against their existing affiliates' email addresses) at the least.
Here is my experience.
1. On 18 May 2009, in response to an email from "Bruce Finaldi" [email protected], I registered for and was approved as a GaminGang affiliate.
2. On 23 May 2009, I received an email from "Jacky Trades" [email protected] inviting me to join the GaminGang affiliate program.

Dear Webmaster,
Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Jacky Tradestone and I am one of the founders of www.gamingang.com affiliate program.
I wanted to try and explore ways of us working together and promoting our new US friendly www.50statescasino.com brand.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Regards,
Jack"
3. On 27 May 2009, I attached Jacky's email in an email that I sent to Bruce and Jacky, asking that they coordinate their efforts, as I had already signed up and been approved as a GaminGang affiliate.

Jacky and Bruce,
Please coordinate your email distribution lists. I received this email from Jacky after having received a similar email from Bruce and registering as an affiliate with Gamingang.

4. On 09 July 2009, I received the following email from Jade Shuster ([email protected]):
"From: Jade Shuster <[email protected]>
Subject: Introduction to GaminGang
To: undisclosed recipients
Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 8:46 AM
Dear Webmaster,
Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Jade and I represent gamingang.com
I have stumbled upon your Site and I believe it's a perfect fit for our properties…By the way I think you are doing an exceptional work! I wanted to try and explore ways of us working together, I have few ideas in mind.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Regards,
Jade."
5. On 13 July 2009, I received an email from Sam ([email protected]) nearly identical to the email from Jade.
As a result of my experience, I have blacklisted both the GaminGang affiliate program and 50statescasino.com. The reason for blacklisting the affiliate program is clear from my experience above. The reason for blacklisting the casino is that if the affiliate program shows this kind of behavior, there is no reason to think that the associated casino will not as well -- in spite of the casino's "anti-spam" policy.
