    Thumbs up GamCheck Now Live!

Finally, after two years of funding and planning we have launched our flagship casino information site/directory: https://www.gamcheck.co.uk

This is our third affiliate site and certainly our largest. We have focused on providing information that players don't normally find such as real player withdrawal times, customer support levels and excluded games.

Using data under the Open Government License, we are also able to provide real-time licensing status as well as linked casinos. We plan to add much more unique content to each of the casinos reviews shortly.

A true mobile version of the web site is on the way soon, but we have a optimised for phones and tables already up.

Feedback appreciated and I know there are a few bugs here and there

    Just a quick glance:

    1. Your images are stretched - looks ugly and unprofessional.
    2. Too few CTA's and the few you do have use an outdated style.
    3. Rather use a warm, enticing theme colour. Never seen a casino with a black colour theme.
    4. Your website is not mobile friendly. (edit - ok see you're working on that.)

Apologies for all the negativity but these issues are quite glaring in my opinion.

    Thank you DaftDog

    Negativity and honesty welcome!

As I'm out of the office until Friday, I can't update the colour scheme until then. It didn't look too bad in the office but staring at it here in the hotel room I see your point clearly. Thankfully, it will be a 20 second code change to alter the colours. Will also modify the header as it does indeed look stretched.

Can you explain CTA, not something I have come across before?

Really appreciate your comments as it helps to get these niggles out the way before we launch the country domain extensions in 3 more languages.

Agree on the images that need work - CTA- Calls to Action - These are what you use to entice players to click through to visit a casino they need to be catchy, big and make a person want to click. seems very hard to get to where you want them to go .. I would add a few casinos to the homepage and give it a real brighten up .. its very business like if that's what you're going for but in this realm color, bright, big, bold and brash usually does the business ..work in progress i guess so keep it up and keep working on it

I know a few casinos. And at least one casino affiliate (as we have a black colour theme

    But on the website.
I agree with the images, and of course the mobile website (you need one now to get your spots between the big ones).
I like the idea of the business model and the way you are branding it but if i land on the website without reading your intro, i don't have a clear idea what the goal of the website is.
And i would link the "recently added" posts casinos in the left side bar.

    Good luck with the project.

OK, finally got back into the office this morning and updated the colour scheme. I think this works much better?

Will work on the fonts and and the images over the weekend. I think I have found out why the images are being stretched.

    Thanks once again guys

Sorted out the Calls to Action on the front page and throughout the site. Had some great feedback from some webmasters privately so tried to make all the changes necessary.

The real-time monitoring is now up and running which means that terms and conditions throughout the site are updated automatically (i.e. if a operator changes wagering requirements or adds games to excluded bonus wagering) this cuts my work load down considerably and keeps the web site always up to date. Screenshots are also reprocessed once a week ensuring the latest games are always shown along with any new promotions.

I've started working on the design for the Norway and Sweden sites, but am looking for a translator - so let me know if anyone is interested taking on the task.

Appreciate everyone's feedback and look forward to helping others in the freshman section

    Nicola x
