    Paul,

What date is your commission rule showing?

From experience, if the rule is set and changed effective 14 August 2017 for example, all commission generated before that date will not show. Thus, 1-13 August will show as 0% commission and from 14 August on, the commission will matriculate over from net revenue.

I really feel for affiliates caught up in this scam.

I'd suggest affiliates should lodge a small claim procedures in the UK (I believe you don't need to be a UK resident, only have a UK postal address. A drop box/forwarder would surfice here).

Blacklisting is not effective these days. But, Social Media is. Especially when you name and shame the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors. Get active together, as one voice. Everyon using the same hash tags such as: #GalaAreCrooks, #LadbrokesAreCrooks.

Programs/casinos/sportbooks etc., don't seem to concerned about being Blacklisted these days. But, start targeting the upper management and board members, and associate these people with these scammy, criminal acts, and I'm sure is will yeild results

Get organised together set a plan of action, and stick to it. Name and shame to upper management on Social Media.

This is 100% correct. Blacklisting is all very well, and an important first step. However it's only part of the story. If you do that but take no other action, they still walk off into the Tel Aviv sunset with your money.

In my case I am almost certain it will require legal action. But I am going to do it the right way. That means demonstrating to the court that I have been reasonable with them, made every attempt to contact them and given them ample opportunity to respond.

This week I have sent what will be my last e-mail to them (unless by some miracle somebody replies). The next step is a notice before legal action which will be in writing and sent recorded delivery to LadbrokesCoral head office in the UK. Only after that will the court papers be submitted.

If (when) it comes to that then as I have said before, I do intent to document the whole procedure so that others have a step by step guide to follow if they wish. I believe you get 6 years to make your claim after the breach of contract occurs.

The most important thing is don't do nothing. Don't just let them get away with it. Make them pay, and set a precedent that will discourage other operators from doing the same thing in future.

Using Hodgey as a barometer is really damning with faint praise!!!!

(Love you Hodgey, but I couldn't resist )
