I'd be happy to know about such forums too.

Affiliateguard dog is great but it is mainly for affiliates.

I think Jyotijain had in mind forums where players share and write with each other so we can promote smart among them with quality posts and not just spam to death for SEO purposes.

I figured he'd be looking for that, but most of the major player forums restrict links in signatures. CasinoMeister does allow a few of his more senior members links in their sigs, but i'm fairly sure you'd have to have a lot of posts over several years before that would happen and that may well be too high a work/reward ratio.

And rightly so! The unfortunate truth is that while some posters won't abuse such a system and it encourages them to be more actively involved, the second you do allow sig links the amount of poor quality post rises exponentially. If people would just stick to making posts where they had something useful to contribute there wouldn't need to be such a hardline attitude towards sig links, but the posters who do end up being the minority and you end up with a board filled with short posts of no value. I'm just about to complete a total redesign of my site and have bought in vBulletin software for my message board - i won't be allowing sig links either. It works on affiliate industry boards only because we're all doing the same thing and so most will hold to the unwritten agreement that the post has to be in someway useful.
