Hi, im looking to find the best place to get the facebook legal memo in order to get my ad account approved, heres the facebok statement... 'written opinion from qualified outside legal counsel that your game complies with all legal requirements in the jurisdictions in which you operate or allow game play.'

We are a skill based raffle site, not quite gambling but falls into the same RMG catagory. Any help with people who gives these 'opinions' would be amazing, thank you.

I also got blocked for running ads and took about a month for them to lift the lock. They gave me the form to get signed by an affiliate to be able to run ads including in link to an affiliate.

Facebook ads dont work so well anyway, so I shouldnt worry

Facebook is regulated and dont allow such offers.
but you can always try network traffic, where you can find a scope to grow as well.

We're trying to get approval from Facebook to promote our casino affiliate sites in Romania. For this, we need to submit an RMG Questionnaire - and we're having trouble completing one of the sections.
At one point, we have to provide information about "Measures in Place to Prevent Unauthorized Players from Using the Site", where the Facebook account manager assigned to our ticket says "The questionnaire needs to be descriptive about what measures are in place that prevent users from other territories and minors from accessing the website" like Geo and IP filtering, ID and age verification, and KYC measures.
But as far as we know, none of these things are required for affiliate websites - and we have no legal basis to even require such things from our website visitors.

Did any of you have a similar experience? What did you put in the questionnaire? Did Facebook accept it?

I opened a Facebook page a few days back and it was removed before I was even done with all the details, was within the space of 2 hours. I hate how Facebook are so inconsistent as I see plenty gambling related pages, but anyway, groups are still the way to go.

What we found out (but this is probably only valid for Romania): you need a license to be an affiliate here, and you have to submit it to FB along with a specific questionnaire. But once again, this probably changes from one country to another.

I've never had any luck with facebook ads, maybe I can with this info
