Expekt dont may from March

i have work with them 3 years but they becomes worse and worse.

now i'm not see payments from March but only promises or information thet payments was done, but there are nothing on my account.

there is stats:

Hi DiverF1,
I am sorry to hear, that you are unhappy with our services. However I checked with our Affiliate Operator who did all the admin changes you requested and with our Team in Russia, which affiliate manager took care of your issue as well.
First, on your request the minimum payout was set to €500 and again on your request changed back to €50 on 25th June 2010. Further, when we wanted to pay your then open payments out we discovered, that your bank details were incorrect. Our Russian affiliate manager got in touch with you and requested updated bank details. Details were changed from your end only end of July and we processed your payments. So far payments didn't bounce back, but I requested a double check from our Finance team. You will receive this email into your email account.

I hope everything will be sorted to your full satisfaction, unfortunately I cannot follow up on this personally, as I am leaving Expekt in the beginning of next week.

1. i'm not set minimum payout to €500 it was done by somebody from expekt. also 500 was exceeded after june.
2. my bank details is correct, i didnt change them and it is same details like for previous succefull payment was done in March.

I am putting you via email in touch with our affiliate operator, who will send you all tracks of changes over.

She will solve all admin issues with you! You can expect an email from Rebecca today and observe also the communication you have with the Russian Affiliate Manager

in august Expekt make 2 payments with different details so one of them was returned. Tell please when unsuccefull payment will be be send again with correct data. And whose fault i still not get earnings from March to June?
