Expekt didn't pay me!!!

I wrote now several Emails to the Aff. team , via netrefer and via email and i never received an answer and for someone with a platinum status is this horrible. So i also wrote that i will start posting in every Forum when i will not receive my payment and this is your last chance or i will start doing it!

My commission from last month were not paid, in the system it says "on hold" and i don't know what the problem is, because i already received a payment from february.

My Username is Dricher1983 and i get from you 1250 Euro! can anyone please help me???? Im very frustrating about this!

Hi Dricher
I don't work with Expekt so cannot tell you if this is normal for them, but as you have already been paid for February commissions - it is only March that they owe you, so it is quite possible that it will still be coming to you as we haven't reached the end of April yet.
Some casinos always pay a month behind.
There is no excuse for them not responding to your emails though.
Hopefully Expekt will see this post and respond.

Still no answer, looks like they don't give a s... about their affiliates!

Give them bronze status and this would also´be too much

Hello Chris,
i received an answer as promised from you from Mrs. Hoppe on the 6th of may and she mailed me, that she will mail me the next day, but i still wait for this answer and this is now again 6 days ago! So can you please contact her again and tell her, that it would be nice, if she can mail me now what will happen?? This is very frustrating...

At the 16th of May i received an Email, that Silvia will get back to me on tuesday, but still no answer!!!
This is such a big disaster i can't tell you!
This thread is now over 1 month old and still no answer that solve this matter, i only hear something like, next day, next week etc. come on guys!!! Hurry up!

PLEASE REMOVE EXPEKT FROM THE PLATINUM AFF. PROGRAM! THEY DON'T DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually wanted to take this offline with you and sent you on 14th May the feedback from our R&F Team. Them and our bookies are actually very unhappy with sure bets as these are to the disadvantage of our regular players. We also wondered why you have only 1 active player, not sending new traffic since a while. We paid your April commission in time and just holding back the March commission until we sort that traffic issue with you. I am at the moment at the Prague conference, it would be great if you could pass by our booth L130 and we can discuss it there. Otherwise I will give you a call on Monday and we can have a discussion how to improve our collaboration. Best regards. Silvia

Hello, i haven't received any mail from you on the 14th! I received an email on the 16th, saying tagt you will be back at the office on Thiesday and mail me than and than i never heard anything from you!

Is this my problem? I don't think so. If you dont want surebets, than dont offer such odds! But funny anyway, a big bookie want to offer better odds and when there are players who plays them, they gave them betting limits or kick the affiliate! This is the main problem, you think im responsible for any players, if they play small or big stakes,if the play highest odds etc. i dont care, what they play! I only care about my commission!

Otherwise I will give you a call on Monday

I got bad news and good news!

First the good news-- I received my payment today. Thank you for that

The bad news, i got banned from the aff. program.

But this is ok for me, i can live without expekt...there are much better bookies.
