Expekt Affiliates warning

Hi,
we worked with Expekt affiliates now for around 4 years ( or even more) and I think got around 150 new depositors during this time (not exact number, but it was 3-digit around this). We no received a notive that they are going to close our account because our customers are not profitable enough for them, but they first tried the weird argumentation that they are switching to new affiliate software so they have to close old accounts. after I asked about existing customers, they told me we will lose them definitely, but we can discuss about a new try with ne programm. WTF???

this is fraud and nothing else and I know I am not the only affiliate where they did it. We are paying now for an old CEO that never invested into the product and just in bonuses......

WOW ..thats unbelievable behavior from Expektaffiliates. Things are really going from bad to rotten for this program, who used to be one of the best... Nowadays, as an affiliate, you consider to take all there link down, considering that their affiliate program have had payment problems for 4-5 months...and now this.

This is clearly fraud as the program states lifetime revenue for players refered.

The biggest surprise about this is almost that you managed to get a reply from them, as the affiliate department of expekt have been a ghosttown for very long time. No contact, no newsletters etc, have been normal from their side for a long time.

i think this is real scam and expekt is cheater
many others changes affiliate software before but there was no one who find this as the reason to refuse payments.
sure they must to pay for traffic was send.
so lets think how to teach them it could be hard for one but together we can win.
lets talk about ideas how to do this, my is:
1) press release on top news sites like reauters
2) take the matter to court
3) write to those who give them licences to make investigation on this case
i'm ready to invest money to punish them.
others need to see it is bad to cheat with affiliates
in other way they will all change software

Cool - as for Expekt, I used to work for them - thought it was a great company with potential.

Pity that Mangas took over and they didn't do things properly - lucky I left when I did!

so today i try to login at affiliates.expekt.com and see "Your account is currently inactive"

i think people need to know about all of their brands: expekt, Bet-At-Home, BetClic, everest poker, Casino Lux, Casino Glamour, Imperial Casino, Casino Elegance, Casino Fantasy, Casino Treasure

some of them continue to work and offer me partnership like nothing happens with expekt, told that they are 100% honest and this is not the problem they have same owners with expekt, only full can trust any of them now, imho

I haven't had any issues with them, payment was a little late in March, but that was partly my banks fault

They blocked and my account too. I didn't send much traffic to them. I don't understand this move.

to my mind move is easy to understand ?i think they are fools and thieves,
probably there are only one man who do this may be new top manager who think he is very clever
and found way how to give compnay good money stolen from partners.

I never had any issue with them, but while I'm reading this thread, I think I have to be aware in the future.

i got new email from them.
it looks like there was no email

about closing all acoounts because of changing affiliate software.
so they inform me that my account will be closed because my players winning.
but my account was positive every month in last year.
so they allege i earn comission from winning players.
how it is possible, lol?

story continues: they offer me to transfer players to new account (this is possible - who doubted!),
to stop forum posting and continue to work like nothing happens.

i told that they try to still from my pocket and now must give some compensation.
in reply get old story: my players winning a lot but we can begin to work again.

it looks they very stupid, i think every experienced affiliate know that negative balance comes positive for sure.
besides my was positive every month, and i was paid. so than they talk my players win they lie.

there is email from them:

Affiliate manager ?Olga, send me an information regarding your account. I have analyze your account and unfortunately players acquired from 01.2011 until yesterday in total bring a huge loss ( over 10.000€ ).
Because we are about to launch new systems at Expekt.com, unfortunately we are not able to transfer your clients into new system and your current account has to be closed. Anyway there is no point to do that, as players bring loss, so either we or you we don’t earn anything.

We are both on the same boat, if we are earning money, you are earning money with us too, as simply as that. Taking special circumstances and our long history of cooperation we are willing to open a new account for you on revenue share basis and share 25% of income with you. We are very close to launch new features on site which I’m sure will be very attractive to new customers, but we need to check what players do, plenty of them is trying to do arbitrage, abuse our bonuses, systems etc... This is not good for us and this is not legal, also what is very important this is not good for you, as these players are ruin your hard work.

I hope together with Olga you will be able to establish a nice cooperation for both sides for a long period of time. Olga has plenty of ideas and knowledge of what to do to bring you and us income, she will help you with advertising materials and special promotions, also she will try to stop people who want to do a fraud and not play like plenty of people do.

Both we are here to do fair, proper business and I hope for your understanding and cooperation.

i did all was possible, change reviews that is on top in SE like this, but they are not very popular on russian market so will not feel real pain
