Excel Affiliates stop to send me your stupid e-mails.
1.) I am not your affiliate.
2.) I am not sign-up to your affiliate program.
3.) I don't know where you get my e-mail and my personal info.
4.) I am tired to receive tons of your stupid emails without
unsubscribe links.

Hi Moonlight Cat,
Can you please let me know the email address your getting our mails from? I am not able to track your email / username in our database.
For the sake of clarity I would like to mention we DO NOT condone spam and only our existing affiliates or the affiliates who have opted in to receive our communications get the emails from us.
If you could PM me your email address, I can investigate this further. Also if you could forward me the emails you have received under our name I can get this clarified.
Please rest assured EXCEL AFFILIATES DO NOT send spam emails and we have a strict anti-spam policy. All our newsletter / promotional emails do come with a unsubscribe link. Therefore I am bit suspicious that someone may be misusing our name.
Please do forward the email to us to get to the bottom of this issue.

Their newsletter messages do have an unsubscribe link, but communications directly from Managers do not.

Hi Arthur,
Thank you very much for replying. You have received emails from our network as you are actually our affiliate on Excel Affiliates.
The confusion has occurred because your account under Bingozino was migrated from G2 affiliates to Excel Affiliates network. After the migration, we left you an email notifying you about it on 21st July and again on 26th July. Screenshot of notification is attached in your PM. I believe you may have missed to read them and were not aware of this migration.
I have mentioned the username and Full name with which the account is registered in PM.
Hence you must have received personal emails from our affiliate managers on all the offers we have. These were personal emails from your affiliate manager and hence there is no unsubscribe link.
I will henceforth notify my team not to send out any emails to you hereafter on any brands on our network.
I strictly apologise to have caused you any inconvenience.
