Exclamation Euro Partners Refuses to Pay

So Euro Partners is refusing to pay us again.

We were recently asked to send them identification and a proof of address which we did.

Then they said they needed a long 28 page or so agreement signed which was highly predatory. Among other things it "offered" a much lower commission rate, gave them the right to change payout rates on only a couple of days notice, it excluded about 10 countries from the agreement (Some fairly important ones) and overall was just highly predatory. From their stats you can not even know where your players are from, and who knows what then motivated these countries to be "excluded" from our agreement. I mean is that where all the players already sent are from? We do not know, but they would.

I pointed out if they wanted to sign an actual formal written agreement, that was okay as long as it reflected the agreement we already had with them, and what they sent would thus require modification so it could sync with all of the various agreements we already had with them. They said no changes, we must sign it as is to keep working with them. We then replied since our current agreement with them (and there is no compelling reason why a new agreement is even needed really) has in it a fixed and permanent commission rate and no affiliate is ever seriously going to take a vastly lower commission rate on players they have already sent. In any case I pointed out our payment was for commissions earned before they brought up any of these points about a "new agreement" being needed, so it was due regardless and we expected payment and if they truly felt the need to resume these discussions about a "new agreement" we could once payment was made to us for what we were already owed.

Needless to say they have not paid us so am posting here.

Euro Partners needs to honour its agreements and quit making up excuses to not pay! Otherwise endless excuses, become constructive default and non payment.

We also still promote them albeit very reluctantly purely because we have a legacy player base.
We had no choice but to sign the 28 page document as they were holding our payment to ransom, but have still not received payment even after signing it.

Might be a good time to cut our losses and pull them, as we have never felt particularly comfortable promoting them anyway

They certainly have a lot of complaints leveled against them and this should ring alarm bells immediately for you or for anyone... There are plenty more respectable casino operators out there who deserve your partnership instead and are willing to listen to you as a valued affiliate. It never has to come to something like signing a 28 page document and chasing payments.

We chose not to sign this. By doing so we would have felt it would have allowed them to effectively place new conditions on the payment of monies already owed which can never be accepted. And as unfortunately you found out it was no guarantee they would pay even if you did sign it. Having said that, its doubly bad for them to have got you to put yourself in much worse off legal position as it relates to future commissions and still not got any money. Wow that is just down right bad of them. Please in future consult an attorney before signing anything like this, and do not let anyone get away with asking you to do something similar.

About 7 years ago, all of our players on Europartners affiliate program stopped completely. It's really hard to say for sure what happenned to me on this. We had a history of 2 years of continual increases in affiliate revenue. We had up to 2-3k per month and about 10 FTD per month. All of a sudden they all stopped playing, depositing, or registering. We took them off about 3 months later. If Europartner wants to fact check me, you can. My username is "wagerx" on your platform. At the time I heard a lot of other stories that were similiar.

The worst thing here is that many program at some point decide to untag players as whole or winning players.

Maybe this is part of their "shaving" business directed to us affiliates.

I tried to start working with Europartners, but it was like I was responding to all my questions in any singe email sent to them.

The customers disappearing : "these and that affiliate are winning too much, let's chop them down".

I hear my add how Unibet ( Kindred) was doing commong things not long ago with untagging "big whales".

@Tovey - good luck with the attorney. These crooks deserve to pay it all with the interests.

Everybody should avoid Nethive/Winner and Europartners. Only problems with them and it will be always the same.

I didn't need to consult an attorney as I knew exactly what I was signing. As I mentioned earlier, They were holding my payment to ransom ( which has now been paid ) so I could have refused to sign and received nothing at all and kiss all my existing players and future income Goodbye completely.
We both know that I can't sue them in Israel when I am in New Zealand so its the old story of 10% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

While that's true - would you really keep working for the 10% or find somewhere better ?

We worked with Eurobet from 2006 to 2012 - they were OK and the total partnership was worth xx,xxx per annum.
Not big - but reliable and without too many issues.

In 2012 they started playing the agreement change game, (negatively for us of course) and we parted ways.
    Never looked back.

Euro Partners owe me thousands of dollars, and so do many other rogue programs that I stopped promoting years ago. It's disgusting, but it's a risk that one takes when signing up as an affiliate in this industry.

You have a point Gooner, but to be honest we don't really do any work for them as we never give them new exposure - the only exposure they have is what we put up years ago. We are simply just protecting the legacy income which is quite substantial, even at a 10% level.

I can't wait for the day we are financially secure enough to tell them to sit on a cactus and swivel

Ridiculous to keep promoting a firm that has cut you to 10% - even to protect your player base. I have dumped so many brands this year because of this. Yes I am throwing tens of thousands away overall at 5%-10% or whatever they have reduced us too. You are rewarding these crooks by promoting them for 10%. They have won. Turn their reviews completely negative and gain some self respect. Euro Partners have been ripping people off since the day these sorry feckers opened their doors. Nobody on earth should still be promoting them.
