Default error when click on c planet banners?

Often in the past week I have been clicking on my c planet casino banners only to notice the following error. When i click the try again button it does bring me to the page but after checking the stats, it doesnt register the click. So it appears that cplanet is getting visitors without giving the credit to the affiliate. I tested it on many affiliates sites and the same issue occurred. So its not just me. Please work on getting this issue resolved so I dont have to replace your banners on my site.

I've been seeing this, too. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Getting it too, the rext links are working though, I guess using the text link on the banners is the quick fix.

    Default Tech issue

    Hi,

Over the last few weeks Cherry Red has been hit by massive DDOS attacks intermittently.

All traffic is filtered through a online security company, due to the attacks filters have been raised, as such if the server deems the traffic to be from a risk country a temporary error was added, on reload players do get through to the casino though.

The issue has been solved now and should not happen again.
    Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Regards

    Ben

Does it mean that if clicks came from the risk countries, they got lost? And what about the other c-planet brands?

    Default Clicks

    Hi,

The problem was with Cherry Red.

and as the message reads , "please try again" all those people who clicked again went through to the site.

    Thanks Ben.

    Was a source ever identified?

If so, was this information shared with outer groups?

I would just hate to see the attackers just move on to other groups.

    Default Source

Hi Believe that it is very difficult to source all of these attacks, but the Internet security companies work closely with each other and share information, I believe that these attackers where from eastern Europe and Russia and they not only hit us but other non gaming entities as well.

This is not the first time this has happened and we have been sent ransom notes in the past asking for protection money to prevent such attacks.

We spend tens of thousands of dollars each month protecting ourselves rather than giving into these cyber criminals.

    Regards

I understand Ben, I have worked directly with groups that recieved such ransom demands in the past.
