I've signed up as a new player - there's a small no deposit bonus (just $3) which could be worth listing but I'm seeing some teething problems. I've deposited as a new player and immediately after processing the (Moneybookers) deposit, the screen fades out, with nothing clickable and no way to exit the page - no 'thank you for depositing' or any other info, or any way to move on, other than clicking back in my browser which gives 'expired document'. Until I received a confirmation e-mail from Moneybookers, I didn't even know if the deposit had been successful. There was no option to take or reject a bonus. Screenshot attached.

I've been playing for a while and there are definitely some teething problems that need to be sorted, particularly in the banking process - I've just uploaded ID docs to verify a cashout and just with the deposit, the confirmation page was next to useless, not telling me if the upload worked or not, and clicking the document picture after submission took me to a 404! - but I'm in optimistic mood and I have a good 'feeling' about this casino, but I do wish they'd involve affiliates in the testing process before putting a site live before it's ready.

All your feedback is much appreciated and although we've done some pretty thorough testing, looks like they're still some issues. We actually changed one of our PSP’s (payment service providers) last week and these issues may be related to this.

Either way, this is pretty embarrassing and we are of course looking into resolving this ASAP as the number one priority. Once resolved, will give an update on here accordingly.

If anyone experiences any further problems, please don’t hesitate to drop us a line ?if you could provide us as much info as possible, such as your browser etc. this will help us nail down the exact cause of the issue.

Good to know that you guys think of the overall product and brand and any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

On a separate note, once all these teething problems are ironed out, we’ll be looking at offering a launch promotion for all partners, so stay tuned for more info over the next couple of weeks. : )

Sure thing, using XP and FF 16.0.1. We've had a UK player test the no deposit bonus and it does credit fine. As I said, I am optimistic about this brand, something 'feels' right

Please let me know when the affiliate sign up button is fixed and I'll get signed up.

Another suggestion - you need a way for players to 'refresh' their balance from the lobby. From what I can see, players have to click 'emu account' and enter a game or the account lobby to refresh the balance after exiting a game. If you could fix this to refresh the account balance once a game is exited, it would be clearer for players. Hope that made sense. I'm sure more will follow
