My site does have a mobile version but it is far smaller than the desktop version. My mobile site only has about 10 pages while my desktop site has over 300. The desktop site does have a mobile section however.

I have voted no, since my site is responsive and works on all devices. So strickly speaking I don't have a mobile version.

mmmm.... I don't understand. Why do you think your site don't have a mobile version? Because your mobile and desktop version are the same? I think the scripts and css you use to make your website responsive ARE indeed the mobile version of your website, so of course you have a very responsive mobile version.
By the way, I really like the style of your website, congratulations.

I'm not a expert but I can tell you my recent experience: In January 2013 my website was HTML 4.01 Transitional and not responsive. The traffic coming from Search Engines and from mobile devices was about 4%. In February we start the move to html5 responsive and now the traffic from search engines from mobile devices (phones and tablets) is about 15%... so, I think Google and other S.E knows where to send mobile traffic.
