I had several thousand seized and I don't hold the casino responsible.

The casino sent the money in good faith, it was intercepted and seized by the US DOJ.

If the players wanted to try... the DOJ had a process for players to recover their money... Al they had to do was jump through a couple of legal hoops and declare the money on their taxes.

Blaming the casino for the DOJ seizing the money is like blaming the TV weatherman for bad weather... it makes no sense.

Lol, are you a shill for C-Planet?

C-Planet is a WELL KNOWN rogue gaming company now. It is irresponsible to continue to promote them when they cannot pay players. Period. There is no way you can justify sending people to a casino that can't pay. Doesn't matter why.

C-Planet chooses to operate in a legal grey area. They take on big risk for big reward. Every other US-facing website accepts that risk and does not just pass it on to the players.

And their **** poor customer service just goes on top of it. Look at Sara's crap replies in this thread and to players in other threads. She doesn't care about the players; she cares about shilling for her company. She replies with "ohhh sorry, go talk to these other guys" when she is the front of the company. She knows exactly what she is doing.

To sara: shame on you for choosing to work with a scam company.

Can I make myself any more clear? I normally am not one to speak so bluntly and burn bridges, but this company is a joke.

The TV weatherman example is a terrible analogy. Do I need to break it down even further?

LOL are you a for real... You come in here and start calling me names... and trashing Sara...

If you don't want to promote c-planet then don't... There is no need for your abuse, name calling and stupid bull ****.

All those players can get their money back... from the people that took it... the US DOJ.
If you had a brain cell that worked, you would know this.... But obviously you have an axe to grind against c-planet.

    As far as your comment...
Every other US-facing website accepts that risk and does not just pass it on to the players.
Are you serious? I can't even count how many US facing casinos have ripped off players.

By the way... just look who is calling c-planet Rogue... the biggest phony player protection site in the business... All c-planet has to do to get off that phony 'rogue' list is pay some cash to BB and it will all be good as gold...

...and shame on you for the way you have treated Sara... She is new here, is obviously trying and does not deserve your abuse.

The only axe I have to grind with C-Planet and other companies like them is the fact that they make this industry worse. They are a negative force for all of us. You, me and everyone else who works in the business. I haven't promoted them for at least a year and never did much business with them, so there's no ulterior motive here.

Second, I appreciate that you tell me not to promote C-Planet if I don't want to. However, I am not going to stop speaking out against companies that don't pay. I mean, how can you seriously promote a company that DOES NOT PAY? Does it matter what happened? Can you seriously just tell players "oh yea, it's a great casino and they always pay if you win!" ??

I will agree with you that the US DOJ is partially at fault here. But I will not accept companies taking advantage of a bad situation and making it worse for all of us.

Third, it's not "stupid bullshit" as you put it. It's the cold, hard truth. I'm tired of being Mr Nice Quiet guy so I'm calling this one as it is. Don't like it? Then GTFO I don't care.

Fourth, I'm outta this thread. I've said my piece and I'll let all other potential affiliates and players make their own decision. I encourage you all to do a little research on Google about C-Planet and make your own mind up from there. Would you depend on this company to help pay your bills? Would you tell your best friend to gamble there?

    Enough said. Good luck.

PS - You are correct in one regard. I should not have said "every other casino can pay." That was me typing too quickly. Yes, there are tons of bad programs. However, there are also plenty of other good US programs (Affactive, Affiliate Edge and Mainstreeet all come to mind).

PPS - Here is why I feel justified in "trashing" the customer service at C-Planet:

    https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-co...ey-owe-me-c845

Just look at the back and forth between a real player and "customer service." Just lol.

LOL Wanna know something really funny....

I was one of the people that pushed both CM and AGD to blacklist c-planet...
Because of LATE payments, not because of non-payments to players... c-planet was notorious for being weeks late with their aff payments, even when there were no payment processing problems.

The players that are complaining about not getting their money for the most part used Neteller. The casino paid Neteler and Neteller was supposed to pay the players... But Neteller took what money they could and ran after the DOJ seizure on black friday... So if you want to hold a company responsible for players not being paid... IMO it is Neteller to blame, not the casinos.
