    Default Do you answer emails ever?

    I have sent 3 emails, two to [email protected] and one to [email protected]. first one was sent on 03/14/12. Nobody answers.

    I am trying to close out my account. But first I want my last payment. I did take a screenshot so I do have proof I am owed money.

    Please contact me asap so that I don't have to make the details public.

    If you take note, Meri stated she DID email you directly ast the email address you posted.

    I am considering taking the same action since it is becoming pretty clear you do not want US Affiliates.

    That email we got a week or so ago regarding payments sent me to Dreamweaver and the removal of all the brands. I replaced them with reliable programs that know how to keep us happy.

    Not sure why the message from last week regarding our new payments system would make you remove our brands... We know that US banks do not use IBAN codes and provided you have a Routing number + Account number OR Swift code wires should be fine.

    Can you comment on the masses of e-mails from players complaining about not receiving their winnings? I don't see this many e-mails from any other program. I found this page after a quick Google search. Is this really how you deal with players?

    Celena- I answer every message that comes through my inbox, and most of the time you can catch me on Skype sara.brook8. If you'd like, PM me with your e-mail address and we can try to figure out what the issue is!

    wjb316- I am not in direct contact with the casino withdrawals department, so I can only tell you what I have been told. There was a batch of payments that was intercepted by the intermediary bank because they found out it was being used for gambling purposes. In the US it is against the law to send out funds to/from internet casinos. The funds were confiscated and that was the end of that. As for the link on AskGamblers, I have been following that specific posting as well. I was in touch with customer service at the casinos about this specific player and they informed me that they have spoken to her several times about different options as far as receiving her deposits back, etc. I think in this case, the casino has done everything in it's power to try to fix the situation. I think they have been nothing but patient and as helpful as they can be!

    I want to ask 1 question in here.

    If Casino offer online casino games to US players and Casino get the problems with bank, should it be risk of the Casino offering games to US players?
    What my opinnion is ALL players need to get paid way or another, if you offer games for US players and you get problems its because you do illeagal business! When your bank wires are frozen you need to pay to the player another way!

    I believe that it goes both ways for the casino and the player. It is a risk for the casino to offer games to US players and also a risk for US players to gamble online.

    Either way, I do not have contact with that department of the casino so I can't tell you the exact reason for the decisions made over there!

    I am not the casino, I merely handle their marketing and advertising. I will allow them to speak for themselves. I urge you to contact the withdrawals department or customer service of the casino you are having issues with.

    Yes if you handle marketing and advertising this is not good to casino reputation. you should do something for this. i dont have any problems with you but some of the players have.
