Do NOT refer your players to Moneybookers

As the Full Tilt/Moneybookers scandal continues to develop, I've decided to advise my players to avoid Moneybookers as there's clearly no member protection. MB's interests lie with making profits from big merchants - they are throwing their members to the dogs.

This is something I don't believe Moneybookers can ever be forgiven for. Protection of its members should be paramount - not incidental to profits.

Not good enough, Rossen. That's not even close to being good enough.

The fact is that you know Full Tilt are not paying anyone and yet you are continuing to facilitate deposits to Full Tilt by Moneybookers. Our playes are seeing that Moneybookers is still a viable option at Full Tilt and so are assuming that there is some way to withdraw any winnings. This is blatant rogue behaviour on behalf of Full Tilt AND Moneybookers. You are putting your own profit ahead of the safety of our players and your customers. Any denials of this from yourselves are just making you look even more shady.

Grow a backbone and pull the plug on MB deposits at Full Tilt. I am in the process of completing the write-up of your inaction for my visitors. I'll be recommending they find an alternative e-wallet for future gaming use as Moneybookers clearly have no moral compass.

I've received a further e-mail from Moneybookers today, pretty much telling me that they have no intention of changing their policy of sending their customers' money to a rogue poker room. This is happening when MB are fully aware that their customers cannot withdraw any winnings.

Moneybookers are fast becoming a rogue outfit themselves and it leads me to question whether they should be allowed to retain their forum at GPWA. It doesn't make sense that we affiliates continue to send our players to a dodgy e-wallet, with no regard for their safety.

I am today escalating this matter to the FSA.

I think moneybookers does process payments for a large number of rogue casinos. At least 20 that I can point out. This however does not excuse them at all. If Moneybookers wants to be in the affiliate business then they should research who they are processing for.

I personally really like moneybookers and find them the safest and most reliable ewallet online to date.

My only real problem right now is - Full Tilt is taking in deposits like crazy and the money can flow in to their account yet they are refusing to pay out to players and affiliates from moneybookers.

I cannot understand what the issue is.

FTP says its a processor issue and moneybookers says its not from their end.

I tend to trust moneybookers in this - and wonder why they have not revolked Full tilts account yet since they are essentially stealing player funds not allowing cash outs in this method.

Will see what happens

Especially when they've been told (repeatedly) that Full Tilt are keeping players' money and not processing withdrawals. It's not like they can claim ignorance of the facts. Its getting obvious there is a possibility FTP is insolvent.

I am asking MoneyBookers to please take immediate action against FULL TILT POKER please.

Please stop allowing deposits to FULL TILT when there is huge possibilities they are going bankrupt and will not be able to pay players.

I think MoneyBookers needs to protect its clients in this case - please respond here.

I am asking for an official statement as a GPWA private member with grave concerns for players - your clients.

I don´t think your/Moneybookers answer is good enough in this case.

It has been clear for a while now that Fulltilt does not pay players on Moneybookers, but yet they can still deposit on Fulltilt with Moneybookers.

When my players see the safe and secure moneybookers logo, they should be sure that money can also go out the very same way.

How on earth can Fulltilt keep taking cash in from Moneybookers, but not pay back ? For how long will Moneybookers keep sending our players money into the black hole ?

When money stops comming out/back to players, deposits should aslo be stopped comming in by Moneybookers ! (This should be standard rules for any gambling company taking player deposits through Moneybookers.)

I'm really glad to see I'm not alone in being amazed at how Moneybookers have (not) dealt with this vital issue. Personally, this has changed my view of Moneybookers forever. I will never trust Moneybookers in the future - no matter what they do now, I'll always know that Moneybookers don't give a hoot about their customers or their safety. Profits come first.

Reputations are easily ruined, Moneybookers. This won't be forgotten in a hurry. Do you really want thousands of affiliates telling their players that Moneybookers are dodgy?

Don't forget that if YOU don't help protect the players (your customers) those customers will likely NOT want to use your service at other properties.

I knew guys weren't being straight up with affiliates when you first came in here and suggested we promote you even though you knew full well that you had no intention of paying US based affiliates one penny for cutomers and only admitted when pressed up against the wall.

The practice of what you are doing now shows ALL users (players) your true colors.

Only if you act swiftly will you be able to salvage what little bit of reputation you have left.

Still no reply from Moneybookers. Could a mod please chase them up? They can't be allowed to ignore this issue and continue to rip off players.

I haven't received a reply from the FSA yet. I've chased up the complaint today. If anyone would like to file a complaint with the FSA against Moneybookers, use their details Moneybookers FSA e-money register: 900001 and submit to [email protected]

I just read a really really awesome article from a source i find valuable and very credible. It appears MoneyBookers is taking this very serious and there is a possibility the relationship could be severed should Full Tilt not stop this nonsense.

Thanks. In any event, MB should have stopped processing payments before now. This quote from the article is worth highlighting: "Moneybookers has reportedly threatened to stop doing business with the poker site if the problem is not resolved quickly."

Too late, Moneybookers, You've treated your customers like trash. I'll never trust you again and I'll be informing my players that Moneybookers is not to be trusted for a long time to come.

Out of curiosity, how long would you have continued to accept deposits to full tilt had they not had their license pulled?...

Rossen, I'm not actually sure it was out of your control. Moneybookers had the choice to continue processing deposits or not. You wouldn't have had to work as hard to resolve the issues if you had stopped the deposits earlier, because there would have been less transaction.

Whilst I'm glad you have finally taken steps to stop them, it has taken too long and in the future I'd like to think Moneybookers would act a bit quicker.
