On signing up to you I was asked to provide proof of who I am, which I sent and now my account has threated with closure for not sending it.
I have confirmation that it has been sent but the best excuse my 'account manager' can come up with he doesn't talk to the person I sent it to so need to send it all again to him.
Why should I send such important information once again simply because one person doesn't like/ talk to another in your office- this is business not high school!
As I asked via email, can somebody from Coral please state a reason why you believe a good way to build a partnership is to act unprofessional and to make threats?
