You mean really if a player deposit e.g. €100, don't use any bonus and set all on one spin that would be fraudulent activity ?

with one proviso:
I wouldn't call that "fraudulent activity" but "irregular play" instead and each case is analyzed individually.

You can go in each landbased casino and no one would say to you that it's irregular play if you risk your money. No one would tell you, hey you are only allowed to risk 30% of your money.

If one use a bonus, then it must be have conditions, that's not the problem but we are talking about no bonuses.

That's exactly why webmaster where are the players more as important and should be satisfied with a casino, don't have fun to promote those brands or recommend it.

I will just skip the lines where I explain the definition of regular and irregular since I respect your position but if you change your mind, we will be more than happy to have you as a partner and show you the huge players' engagement that both our brands have.

Yes, we process a refund and we explain him/her about irregular play.

How i said it's better to warn the players for those shabby terms. It makes no sence to deposit €100, set it all in one spin and then to become refunded because you mean it's irregular play. On this way i guess you earn not much money. If the player lose you would do nothing. You only would warn if the player wins.

This term gives you the reason to confiscate all winnings if you mean that was irregular play. It goes not personally against you but the owner or higher management in the background where decided to bring these terms must be crazy and their only interest is to generate so much money as possible on this term.

This term has nothing to do with fraud or irregular play.

You want the money from the players? Then you should accept that players also can win with high risk bets and you must pay. Only satisfied players are returning players and bring you the earnings. It's the decision from the player to risk his own money and to bet it in one spin or more spins.

I say again we are talking here about playing without bonus.

Of course you can have this terms and try to work with but then you must accept that webmaster will warn the players for those casinos.

We will not remove our warnings if a casino have bad terms for players!

It gives many many casinos with player friendly terms&conditions.

Yours doesn't count to, sorry.

The only place i know this will happen is Rura Penthe, not without reason.

Affpower, i think it's not a bad idea to establish a Council of Elders to make your terms smaller.
