Can you please provide a link to a page on your site and a corresponding page on the other site where the material on your site is misappropriated. That way we can be sure we understand in detail the actual situation.
However, please put "xx" in front of the links when you post them so they are not live links.

have a look at Vinism's post on this page.
False alarm in my opinion. I looked over both sites and while the niche is the same, there is no content theft.
Here's the site in question:

Do you hold a patent to this idea or is there some other reason why they are not allowed to copy "your" idea? For all you know they had the same idea and unless you hold some legal rights to it, your fighting a lost cause.
Also, I found the owner of the site is a well established member on PAL so I'll let him know about this thread and he can add what he wants.

WTF??
Time for an attitude adjustment.... and a reality check.
Calling Graham a douche is totally out of line.
Saying Mr Tranne admitted copying your site is a lie.
"I can assure you that your site has not been copied and all of the content on our site is unique. If you've previously run a similar site, it seems as though we've both come of with the same concept at similar times. All ideas in the poker affiliate world had a first site (rakeback, no deposit bonuses, signup incentives, etc), but now there are thousands of sites essentially offering the same services.
We wish you the best of luck with your website and hopefully we will both be able to tap into this enormous market."

But he didn't basically admit anything. He absolutely denied copying your site. And you posted here, accusing buyinbank of stealing your idea and your terminology. Graham was well within his rights to question why you think you own an idea.
I looked over both sites and while there are similarities, there is no basis for thinking anyone stole your idea or terminology. Plus, you don't own the keywords. Anyone can target your keywords and phrases.
Based on your logic, there should only be one online casino or one poker forum or one affiliate program since someone stole the concepts from whoever came up with them first.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!
The edit recently performed by pokersponsor2-0 has totally destroyed the continuity of this thread.
Anthony, please make a decision on this this one....
I recommend archiving the entire thing since what is left calls into question the integrity of a non-member's site and the background for the original post has been destroyed.
pokersponsor2-0 I understand your frustration, and the original edit I performed and the warning that followed would have been sufficient.
