    Default Concerns about Pantasia Responsiveness

Right, hoping that thread title will get someone in here. Pantasia, where are you? This is your forum!

It's been six months since other posters recommended Pantasia lose their forum here due to inaction and they haven't posted since! If that ain't cause for being booted due to inactivity then I don't know what is.

Pantasia, please post in here. Tell us where you've been. Tell why why you haven't been here. Respond to outstanding threads. Appoint someone to monitor your forum - EVERY DAY.

In short, Pantasia, please stop smelling of donkey poo. We'll like you more for it.

I agree!! Whilst I personally don't have any issues with Pantasia - what is the point of having your own forum if you don't respond to posts or stop by from time to time...

What narks me is that there's absolutely NO reason why they should be damaging their own brand by being so unresponsive. I mean, their product is fine - they pay me on time (just received July's payment a minute ago) but by ignoring us, they worry affiliates.

To answer the question about responsiveness requirements, the code of conduct requires that issues raised in the forum are responded to but does not specify the communication method. So, for example with this case and a few others the program staff is a bit forum-shy but responds to comments raised in the forum via email and PM. James has also posted in a forum a few times and I think he is interested in being more present, but the main measure of responsiveness in terms of the conduct requirements is that the actual issues are addressed.

Anthony is following up with James to encourage him to be more present.

I have been trying for a while now to get in contact with someone over there and I've had zero success. They owe me close to $5K and I don't know what more I can do. I have tried everything I know from sending emails, to pm's, I even asked Paul from Superiorshare to contact rival and get them to help by forwarding my concerns to Pantasia directly and still I never get a response.

I am about fed up with chasing money. Really I don't know how they can run a business and offer zero support for their partners. But if anyone can help get me in contact with them it would surely be appreciated. GPWA, can anyone here help me get in contact with them?

I have emailed James several times and used their support tickets on the aff site, I've even PMed here, nothing for a month now.....

James, please answer your emails, this is just ridiculous. It took months to get that problem sorted out a while back due to lack of response, there is no excuse for this.

I have some questions, please answer your emails or PMs.

    Thanks Anthony,
It's amazing how long he takes to reply, no one can be that busy, it's aggravating.

    hi Anthony

Any chance of getting James to reply to me? He sent me an email on Jan 1st asking for my bank details....I sent them to him that day, and now, 11 days later, he has not even replied to say he received them.

It's insane that we have to wait weeks for replies, I just don't get it. All I want to know is if he received my bank info and when the Echeck will be processed.....

    thanks in advance

And here we are.... months and months and months later and still nothing from Pantasia in their own forum. And still GPWA are shown to be red-faced and toothless and - let's be honest -money-grabbing without morals as they won't take the decision to remove Pantasia for lack of activity.

    Pah.

Fictionnet, it makes no sense to me, I thought at least we would get a response from him on a rare occasion.

Yeah, it's pretty shocking that a program won't use their own forum. They quite clearly couldn't give a rat's ass about affiliates and the same is starting to show for GPWA themselves. I'm seriously considering ending my involvement here if GPWA are not going to be any better than CAP.

completely understandable and I have to say I agree.....on a good note, James just emailed me and is taking care of it. I wrote back stating he needs to reply quicker and he needs to post on GPWA, that we are not happy at all with the way things are handled.

I will quit my membership of GPWA at the end of this month if Pantasia are not kicked out due to non-responsiveness or they decide to get off their lazy arses and take part here.

Pantasia is no longer a GPWA sponsor. They have already been removed from the list of sponsor organizations, and we will be archiving their forum as well.

This was a mutually agreed decision. I believe the decision is the correct one from both of our perspectives given their level of forum participation.

I am (VERY) pleased to read this, Michael. When will their forum be removed? As things stand, they still 'appear' to be approved via their forum appearance here.

As a standard policy we have in the past left the forum up for a little while after being announced in order to allow members to scan through and see if there is anything they miht want to read or research before they are archived.....although I do not know if there is very much of substance in the Pantasia threads....

I am sure there are plenty of unanswered posts asking for help....
