The Commission Still Laid on Aff Accout

Hi everyone, I found the unpaid balance of the affiliate account is not zero, which means 365 has not approved my commission the money hasnt been sent to bank yet ,however, it is nearly the middle of the month today .
I am a UK-based affilate.
Does this happened to anyone else?

Hi, buddy , thank you for your reply , do you know what exact time did they pay your commission ?

I send my invoice on 2nd July,a day later than yours , however the biggest amount I ever had, but it is quite rare to me this time.

not sure, it's the first time I've generated commission in a year or two! from reading other threads it seems they pay around the middle to 20th of the month via wires.

They may have to approve your payment if it's particularly large, I wouldn't worry to much, they are a great program and have never read about people having payment probs.

Relax, Bet365 always pays.
I usually get a wire towards the second part of the month. I don't think there is a set date for payments - sometimes they are faster, sometimes slower.

When I joined them years ago, according to the T&C the payments were processed 14 days into the new month, not sure if this has been changed.

Since you are int he UK, it should be much faster to just transfer to a Bet365 betting account and get the money from there.

I never mind how long it will take for my commission to ship from bet365 to my bank account , coz when the affiliate unpaid balance turned to zero, I did know some day ,a lovely amount of money would reach to my account.

But this time,it is quite weird , my ever biggest commission still laid on my Aff account ,which means the bet365 has not approved it yet and withhold the payment. This is the question in my mind.

I sent internal message and Email to my AM during working time yesterday , not any reply till now.

I wouldn't worry. Mine hasn't been approved yet, I think my invoice went in on the 3rd. I have got bet365 to my bank account on or around the 20th pretty consistently for the last 6 months.

You said you sent an email during working time yesterday, erm we don't work here in the UK at weekends usually, you sure you're from UK mate?

Thank you for reply,dude. You have asked a funny question at last ,however ,if you visit the "contact us" page on affilates365.com ,you would find the right working time of them.

Yeh I would bet with a pretty high degree of certainty that at least 75% of their affiliate team are off at weekends, they probably have a skeleton staff to cover any disaster scenarios but more than likely stuff like general payment queries will not be replied to til Monday.

True, I got a quick reply (on saturday) but for something quite trivial.

I'm sure they are a bit busy around the World Cup, player payouts are likely a priority here. No reason to worry.

have you checked this : minimum payout to a foreign bank account is GBP 500.
