Thumbs up Casino's stealing your traffic!

    Hi All,

I have recently come across a few brands that have been unethically stealing my traffic. I thought id share a few of my findings in hope that more examples can be bought to light and stamped out. (will add more as i find them)

    1) A few casino's have closed down (not told the affiliate) and have sold their domain, who in turn has kept the direct link active and has been hoovering up your very valuable clicks as a new affiliate website;

    • SuperLenny / GIG (now an affiliate platform)
    • Touch Lucky / Fable affiliates (now an affiliate platform)

    2) Brands that do no accept certain Geo's and send your traffic to a third party (not giving you any revenue from it)

    • Revenue Giants (all brands) - do not accept German players, but will send all of your lovely traffic to a third party casino, profiting off your German players for free!

Anyone have any more current examples?

Don't blame other ... its your job as an site owner/affiliate to monitor your outgoing trackers/links and partners do you work with.
The Superlenny closure, eg., was announced by GIG via email and different other channels, same with the sale of Highroller.com.

And why the heck, do you send German traffic to RG?! Even if they put Germany on the restricted area list ... what should they do, sending it back?
Again - your duty to monitor such changes.

Thanks for your response, always interesting hearing other opinions.

I do monitor my traffic/links, hence finding these issues.

    1) I did think GIG would have emailed, but i have gone through all of my correspondence and could not see anything. I will accept error here if i missed it.

    2) I do not send German traffic to RVG. I used a vpn and tested my top geo's on them to test how 'restricted' the geo's really were. Alas, found that they send German players clicking my bonus buttons to a third party - this is theft of traffic. And yes, they should not send your players anywhere else without your consent as an affiliate. A restricted page should be shown to the user.

    3) with over 600+ links to be continuously checked, its very tricky to stay up to date with all changes, especially when half the brands do not have affiliate managers. This again is the reason for my post, and to find anything i may have missed.

Am i detecting that you are an affiliate manager?

Well ... interesting pastime. In the end I have no problem with that guys, no links to SL, no restricted traffic to RG. And you don't either?
Usually I'm too busy to playing affiliate police. So thanks a lot for your action.

Yes, it would probably make more sense, even if not so lucrative, to show a restricted page, but I still think it's my job as an affiliate to take care who I send which traffic to.

And no, I never was and never will be an AM.

Revenue giants i banned for this as there is no work around, jackedaffiliates does this to but allows you to pick a landing page to re-direct to instead of another affiliate site like the POS Revenue Giants

I don't knowingly promote sponsors that redirect geographically unacceptable affiliate traffic to their own portal sites. As for online casinos that turn into gambling directory sites, I suspect that the site hadn't been sold but is used by the dodgy sponsor to steal traffic. After working in this industry for so many years, I've come to the conclusion that for every honest affiliate program, there are at least 10 dodgy ones

GIG e-mailed everyone for sure about Superlenny being turned into an affiliate site...

We,ve been in this game YEARS, so had tons of programs close on us taking all our players, too many to count. Just for the record, anytime a guys like those at Fable Affiliates use a middle man for an aff program such as MAP, you can't always just assume that fable would be stealing traffic. Fable would have a lot to lose after setting up the program. One must think about who would have the least to lose in such a situation with 50 to 100+ aff programs all sending clicks and affs into a server for 5 years. Not accusing anyone of anything but it's worth looking at motivations and who ends up the poor guy with the bad reputation whist the proverbial bank of England retreats unnoticed.

Oh yeah, unfortunately there is a huge issue with Rand Affiliates Silversands Casino too.. As we generates lots of traffic to their brands but they don't pay commissions

Hi and don't listen to enzoo he's one of those affiliate program defenders who thinks affiliate programs are innocent lmao and constantly blames everything on the affiliate he is probably an affiliate manager for all we know.. Plenty of programs that does what you are mentioning and i've been warning many on here but you will get alot of people disagreeing simply because they think affiliate programs wont scam you or they think you did something wrong, truth of the matter is affiliates are the ones who takes all the risk not the affiliate program!

Mainstreet affiliates if you do some google research on them you will see these guys never have second depositors players deposit once and then they disapear forever which leads me to believe they detag players after first deposit etc.

Affchoice affiliates don't work with them and don't trust them you can send them 300 sign ups and you will only get 1 ftd we audit everything so they are dishonest and of course sell your traffic.

Coinitaffiliates they are garbarge they changed the terms and do deceptive marketing to lure in affiliates in order not to pay them

Online Casino Share, again these guys wont pay you lifeitme revenue

I can write an entire book of these shady programs i am completely done with the industry it was fun while it lasted.... My problem is this, we've worked with over 300 brands for the last 3 years and NONE OF THEM has paid qoute on qoute LIFETIME REV SHARE we can bring in a player and after 3 to 4 months that player magically disappears lol. DONT MARKET LIFETIME REVSHARE AND ATTEMPT TO SELL A PASSIVE INCOME LIFESTYLE DREAM WHEN CLEARLY ALMOST ALL PROGRAMS WE AUDIT AND WORKED WITH DOES NOT PAY YOU LIFETIME REVSHARE!
