We got this in this morning:

    https://www.casinos-online.co.uk/news...ins-conundrum/

Sounds like they have stopped accepting new affiliates and will be paying their existing affiliate base quarterly.

Doesn't appear to be good news.

Before I pull them totally I would prefer a Casino rep to come in here and confirm this as it worries me that all of the emails have gone to the wrong people. Could there by any chance be one of their competitors pulling a stunt to get everyone to pull them...or is this wishful thinking on my behalf??

No, it's for real, I talked to Nick. No new players, comissions for exisiting players continued, payout every 3 months.

This is a sad notification to read late on a Tuesday afternoon, I'm sure there are reasons, and they have communicated clearly that they will be paying ongoing comissions so that is at least a good point.

I spoke to Coins no more than a couple of weeks ago and was assured that they were sticking around for the long haul. F**k sake.

The email I got was addressed to some odd name as well - made me question its authenticity at first.

I think the aff program was just in a hurry to let affs know asap so we wouldn't send traffic into cyber space and the names and addresses got jumbled by mistake. They just found out that morning and I talked to them before the letter went out. There is nothing weird going on, the letter says exactly what is happening. The names are just a snafu. Mine was addressed to webm . No biggie as long as people were notified and able to remove links asap to avoid losing traffic.

I'm sure I read somewhere in the general chat that Coins are only excluding US players. Is this correct? There's been absolutely no word from any Coins rep here and their own site still says "Casino Coins will no longer be accepting new customers effective May 16th, 2011. This policy will be implemented for all Casino Coins brands including Caribbean Gold, English Harbour, Millionaire Casino, Silver Dollar, Slots Galore, Super Slots and VIP Slots. ".

The above seems pretty clear. No new players with no mention whatsoever of it applying only to US players.

I also had a mail with a different name.

Why Casino Coins, does not post a message to the GPWA affiliates?
I wrote an email and no answer!

The casinos really should have some sort of notification on their websites. I'm surprised no-one has bothered to even come here with any information.

I totally agree with you there - I would have expected them to keep their good reputation and see it through right to the bitter end. One never knows what could happen in the future and if they came back into the industry one day - affiliates would be more likely to go back to BCP than Casino Coins, as BCP have done it right in my opinion.
