We are busy looking into if there is an error from our side with regards to the comms going out. We are very sorry to hear that some of you have not received our emails. Received the following email today twice

Hi Marina,

Our affiliate system is currently being upgraded, and you will soon be able to enjoy all the benefits that it will provide.

During the migration period, you will be unable to access historical reports. The reports will be available again on 18 April 2014, once the last payments have been finalised with the use of the old system. If you require reports during this period, you can contact your Account Manager or [email protected].

Please note that if you would like to view your March reports on the current system, you should do so by 1 April 2014.

We ask for your patience during this period as our aim is to ensure that the migration process is as effortless as possible!

Hi All,

We do apologize to those of you that did not receive the above posted communications from us. We have now identified a problem that has affected a minor portion of our base. The issue has been rectified and anyone who has not opted out of our communications will be receiving comms from Fortune Affiliates going forward. We do apologize for the mistake.
