No size or mobile selection in banners settings and no earnings showing for March and earlier for starters. Where are my past earnings?

Edit: I see the banner sizes now in advanced. But the past payments and past stats I still can't find.

Please private message me your account number and I will look into why you haven't received any communication on the new system. We sent out a pre-launch email, a launch email, an entire newsletter dedicated to explaining the new system and recently a reports mailer.

I did not get any notification of the changes in advance either.

Had I known this in advance I would have pulled reports and taken screen shots for the last few years, and now that I can not access campaign data for the last few years it feels like starting over, and by starting over I tend to choose different programs since the fact that most affiliates were not notified in advance of these changes coming it makes me feel like we have little value to you.

No way these stats are better since you completely threw away campaign data.

Stating we have to change links in order to get detailed stats "or some such excuse" to me says....change links, which I will likely do to a different program.

Can we have the old stats turned back on so we can dig through them?

No notification here either, and like everyone else I'm not happy about losing all previous stats without any kind of warning to download them.

Absolutely nothing hit my email before or after the change, nothing in my spam folder either.

Hi All,

If you at some point have asked to not receive communications from us you will not have received the above mentioned notifications. We do apologize if you have not opted out of our communications, in which case please private message me your account number and the email address you would like to be subscribed and I will make sure that you receive future Fortune Affiliates’ communications.

With regards to the reports, historical reports will not be available for a very short time only till approximately the 18th of this month, as the payments will have been finalized in the old system. You are welcome to contact your account manager or [email protected] during this time if you require your historical reports. As you have posted your comments we have alerted your account managers and they should have sent you an email by now with a screenshot of your stats report for March as well as the communication that was sent out to our subscribed base before, during and after the launch. If you have not received their email it means that we have the incorrect email address for your account on our system, please then email us your current address so that we can update it.

With regards to media, all old media that you have pulled will continue to work as will all old tags and tracking. Old Campaign Names (now Traffic Source) are still available when you pull a new media item and you can see reporting on new and old Campaign Names under the heading Traffic Source in the Detailed Reports found in the reports section in either the CPA or Rev Share reports.

I have posted our communications below in the order they went out, hope this helps to answer any questions you may have, and if not feel free to contact us as we'd like to make this as smooth a transition for everyone as possible.

Historical reporting issues during migration - March 28th, 2014

Hi,

Our affiliate system is currently being upgraded, and you will soon be able to enjoy all the benefits that it will provide.

During the migration period, you will be unable to access historical reports. The reports will be available again on 18 April 2014, once the last payments have been finalised with the use of the old system. If you require reports during this period, you can contact your Account Manager or [email protected].

Please note that if you would like to view your March reports on the current system, you should do so by 1 April 2014.

We’ve dedicated hours to perfecting a new affiliate system for you, which is finally ready to be revealed! This newsletter will detail the important aspects of the new system, and will outline its benefits to you as an affiliate.

The new system extends the capabilities of the old Fortune Affiliates site
You will still have all your old data, tags and reports available, but going forward you will have a lot more options
A new, more detailed tag and tracking resource has been set up, which will continue to support the old tag format
Tutorials will be available on the blog should you need guidance regarding anything on the new system

You will not be required to do anything to implement the new system, as everything will happen automatically for you. However, we suggest that you pull new banners, as there are a number of benefits in using the new tag structure (see the Tagging, Tracking and Traffic Sources tutorial).

Dashboard
Upon logging into your affiliate account, you will be met with a dashboard that contains all your vital information on one page, making it quick and easy for you to get a visual overview. The dashboard includes:

A Welcome Message ?You can read the latest news from the Fortune Affiliates team. This includes new marketing material, notifications and much more
Cost Per Acquisition Metrics ?You can scan through your registrations, qualified players, locked players and earnings accumulated across all products for the current month
Revenue Share Metrics ?You can quickly scan your registrations, qualified players, total commissionable revenue and earnings accumulated across all products for the current month
Last 30 days of traffic ?You can obtain a quick monthly graph of impressions, clicks, downloads and registrations accumulated across all products
Your Sales Team ?You have all your account manager’s contact details available to you through a single click onto your preferred communication platform

If you need any guidance on these points, please refer to the New Affiliate System Manual. 

New reporting and earnings models
The system’s new reporting capabilities are one of its biggest perks ?you will now be able to drag and drop headings to customise your own report. For example, if you want to see your data based on Locked, Country and Brand in the Not Grouped report, simply drag the headings you desire to the top bar and your report will filter accordingly. If you want to return to the original report, click on Reset Layout at the bottom of the report.

Should you prefer to not ‘drag and drop?then you can use our reports that have already been filtered by country, brand, referring URL, traffic source and banner tag.

Another great feature is that you can choose to view detailed or summary reports. In the detailed reports, you will have access to additional information such as the player ID, player registration date and the first purchase date for a player. The summary reports will give you a higher level overview of your data.

Under earnings reports you will find the following reports:

Account Summary ?Includes your monthly account opening balance, earnings, adjustments, payments, and rejections
Summary Earnings ?Contains the same information as the Account Summary, but according to your earnings model
Payment History ?Includes date paid, payment method used, reference number and the amount paid by month
High Roller ?This report shows the finances of any new, current or old high roller on your account, what the initial claw-back amount was, and what the outstanding claw-back amount is
Historical Reports ?you will be able to access historical reports from the previous affiliate system. These reports will only be available from 18 April

New Tagging Format
The tag structure in the new affiliate system has been improved, but the system will still track all old banner tags. They will also continue to show up in your reports.

The new banner structure comprises of three mandatory sections, and two optional sections. The mandatory sections include your affiliate ID, promotion and creative media items. The optional sections include traffic source and text, or a numeral to optimise your report analysis.

Media Management
The method for pulling new media has become much simpler, with advanced search and instant access to pull the codes you need.
