    Default Can someone explain this....

Hi folks, will one of you all please explain your stats reporting? I see "approved transactions" "declined transactions" and "pending transactions".

Also, if in the transactions section it shows 40 transactions, is that 40 players or 40 times that someone did something. In other words, player x plays on Monday and Wednesday, will that show as 2 transactions or just one entry.

Where can you see the total number of sign ups. I am a bit lost in the backend of 3aff when it comes to the reports.

Thanks for taking time to explain this.

    Hi Bruce,

“Approved transactions” – are approved transactions for the previous period
“Pending transactions” – are pending transactions for the current period (month)
“Declined transactions” – are daily transactions, which were summarized in one monthly transaction

Every transaction means that your players have some financial activities: if there is “0” then they play on funny money or ND bonus, but if there is a positive or negative transaction, then it means that players play on real money.
If the player plays twice or more times in different periods, then it will be appearing at the system as 2 or more transactions.

Unfortunately, our affiliate system doesn't show sign ups, but you can ask me (or another manager - [email protected]) to generate the report from crm.

    Regards,
    Natalie

    Thanks for the reply but....

Approved, pending and declined what? What was approved, and why, what was declined and why and what is pending? I understand what the word means but in what context I don't.

So in looking at my account I see financial transactions, money wagered, then I see "Declined" Why was this income declined I guess is what I am asking. For instance:

What is "pending" in this example:

    <table class="listing" width="780" border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr class="listrow1"><td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right"> 9d502ca6 [i] </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right">0.20 € </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right">0.80 € </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right"> Daily affiliate trx(%) </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right"> 2010-03-01 00:00:00 </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="center"> sale </td> <td class="listresult2" align="left">
    </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap"> Pending </td> <td class="listresult2"> 1 </td> <td class="listresult2"> 164147 </td></tr></tbody></table>

And why was the one below "Declined" last month:

    <table class="listing" width="780" border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr class="listrow0"><td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right">6051d741 [i] </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right">5.04 € </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right">14.40 € </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right"> Daily affiliate trx(%) </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="right"> 2010-02-03 00:00:00 </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap" align="center"> sale </td> <td class="listresult2" align="left">
    </td> <td class="listresult2" nowrap="nowrap"> Declined </td> <td class="listresult2"> 2 </td> <td class="listresult2"> 15646 </td> <td class="listresult2"> -1;-1 </td></tr></tbody></table>Finally, what makes a transaction approved?

    Thanks.
