    Angry C-Planet not paying commissions - Issue being ignored

    Ok, after numerous unanswered emails, numerous forum posts, we come to the last week of April and yet c-planet has yet to make payment on PureCommission revenue from March.

    The last time anyone from the faceless program showed up here was after GPWA mgmt contacted them. That was on 21 April. At that time the support person said they would make payment that day and sent me a PM. NEITHER OCCURRED!

    Now I am a pretty patient person but to be totally ignored, lied to and passed over for revenues earned, I am getting a bit riled.

    C-Planet, new management, not paying as agreed, lying to affiliates, ignoring affiliates, is this what we can expect going forward? What does it take to get paid from the new management? My details are correct and I expect to be paid. I see others have been as it shows on the payment calendar. Is it something you dislike about me? Have I said something to upset you?

    I guess I am wasting my time typing this as no one will read it, nor respond, nor even log in to the forum.

    Ok, payment was FINALLY made today. One note though, no one from c-planet bothered to respond to emails or forum posts. It is rather frustrating to be ignored but what the hell, I got my payment.
