C planet has closed my account but not paid earnings

Seems C planet decided to close my affiliate account as requested but has yet to pay earnings or notify me of the closing. I'm pretty sure they will be closing up shop soon so warning to all.

Apparently they not only don't respond to player complaints but affiliate complaints as well. Not sure why they even have a forum here. I mean, what's the point?

Hey pumacat, I had the same problem till I reset my password or something like that I needed to do. Sorry I cant offer more help. I tried to find the actual email where they explained it to me.

Duh, sorry lol I did not read that right hahaha. "requested close"

ye they closed some of my migrated accounts from programs they bought along the way and im yet to see one cent and i never will because i quitted bitching about it...

I have has similar problems with C-Panet with 1 email from my manager taking over 3 weeks to get a response on! I have since withdrawn creative from my sites. I would be wary to any one who is looking at promoting their brands.

well we are now 3 months waiting on wire so guess i will now try to change to another method.no replies to any of my emails ,I can overlook the payment issue if we get explanations but no response and no payment IMO is cause for worry.

It sounds like something Europartners would do - but at least they reply at some point. You gotta know after three months no payment no contact there is for sure something terribly wrong.

So much garbage programs creeping in each day.

I'm glad for this forum, as I just put a couple of c-planet creatives on my site and now I will remove them promptly before they bleed off any of my valuable traffic. I came on here looking to see what the best payment methods were for US affiliates and found this as a result. Still wondering about the payment methods though.

C-Planet will not pay me my earnings!!!
They keep on giving me Excuses.
When I look at my stats it says: $0 out standing
the funny this is that I have made screen shots of the stats before they "take care of it"
This is the last email I got from them but I never got paid, now no one answers my emails.

Tech replied..

This month’s open balance is $112.73. This + Carryover gives $292.96 that will be paid out in September when the month closes.
