Sadly, they do not pay affiliates via BTC (yet).

    Great news.
They recommend using bitcoin wallet Coinbase which is a very good wallet. But I don't think it's a good idea for gambling, because a lot of Coinbase clients have been banned in the past for depositing funds on gambling sites. I would recommend blockchain.info to avoid any policy problems.
I noticed that a lot of fiat gambling sites now start accepting bitcoin but most of them don't have bitcoin withdrawals enabled, and the player account is still denominated in fiat currency... That seems to be the case for Bovada. I hope it will be a full bitcoin casino in the future (deposit, account balance, withdrawal and affiliates paid in btc)

Hmm. I completely missed that one. I do not know how big is this problem. Any US bookie does gimmicks like that (to be able to bring deposits) I guess.

Edit: I would trust here SBR, who are also CostaRican based and for sure personally know each other. See here: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr-...reports-71041/
Although the article looks like - and probably is - 5dimes propaganda, it shows that Tony wants to continue. I guess they will just write off the money seized and this gift card channel and it will be business as usual. But it is just my personal guess.

I am going to withdraw pretty large sum now, so I will inform in separate thread how it goes. Hublot is right, this is about Bettingpartners...

Yes I've pm'd you, but 5d seem to already have gone almost exclusively bitcoin from what I can see.

Back on topic, I would only use an exchange like coinbase to change fiat to bitcoin and back again. I wouldn't keep any bitcoin there. Send your bitcoins to a private wallet you and only you control on a device you own and then do all transactions from that wallet. Think mt gox.

My 5d account is limited to btc withdrawal only - no ewallets which had been there. Dont know score for US, but implies withdrawal options may have reduced.

Just got a message that bettingpartners consider to pay me in btc. It is maybe not for everyone yet, but everything moves into the right direction. Finally some pro-capitalist free trade movement in gambling area.

    there we go:
We wanted to inform you in advance that, effective June 1, 2016, we will be moving all Betting Partners affiliate payments over to Bitcoin. Bitcoin will be the only payment method available moving forward, no other payment methods will be supported as of June 1st 2016 - Including Player Account Transfer.
