Just FYI, over 1 year ago, Intertops shut down my affiliate account and poker/website account without any warning or reason. Just one day I could no longer login and after asking why I was told I needed to talk to "accounts" (I believe). Short story long, after several attempts I could never get anyone to answer why they closed my affiliate account and to this day it is still a mystery. I never made huge money with them, but a couple hundred to a thousand bucks per month which obviously they keep now.
