    Default Bewinners Account Closure Warning

I signed up with Bewinners a while ago, but never put them up on my sites after reading all the negative posts about them.
Today I get this email from them

    Dear Heather Gartland,

bewinners wants to work with the best!

As you have not achieved at least one NPA within the last 60 days, we would like to inform you that we will close your account in 30 days.

    Kind regards,
    Your bewinners team

    My response to them:

"Topboss only works with the best and you don't meet our criteria of the best so please go ahead and close my account."

Well, I bet this is a technical issue but it was enough for me to switch to other bookies.
Unfortunately, I found out about the predatory new terms just an hour ago (my ignorance) but I already decided to let them go.

    Hehe good one Heather!

It clearly indicates that this online casino does not care a damn for affiliates nor are they dependable on them.

I don't honestly think it is a technical issue as they have been threatening to do this. However in your case - you have delivered so not sure on what grounds they can close your account.

Agreed, but the beauty of it is that we are not dependable on them either. There is so many other programs out there that don't screw their affiliates, so I would rather give my business to a genuine "partner"

I am waiting for an answer from aff manager. The stats are again messed up so this could be a tech issue. I have between 5 and 20 NPAs/month, every month, so there is no reason for my account to be closed. But again, we're talking about bewinners

Yes i got that email also today, seems to be an automated one sent out at the start of each month within their system.

There are others that do this as well and so it was to be expected as per their new terms.

Thing is this though, i never agreed the new terms and so not sure why i received the email, my understanding is that unless you agreed the new terms then your account was closed automatically anyway.

I am still awaiting the old terms being published as i believe they will show that Bwin are not rogue just predatory and if that is the case i will then reconsider my position.

But not prepared to agree anything until i am 100% sure that they are not rogue.

Being predatory is not the end of the world and is down to ones own judgement, rogue is all together a different species.

The problem was sorted out with my aff manager, but SOME of the other issues remained, even though we talked about them. He was pretty honest and straight, in my opinion, but that doesn't change the thing that the new rules are pretty absurd.

I got the same email. We have 2 accounts. Not sure which account it was for.
I am sure one account were sending in players since we received payments. It could be one account we listed them with limited exposure.. but were still earning on that account.

I cant tell anything cause the stats seem to be a week behind. I don't think the stats are working properly.

The head of affiliate department is still on vacation i guess and no one can do a thing unless he gives the ok...

Anyways i email my AM - she said she turned it off in both our accounts so apparently she indicated we will not get these messages again. Which i think means we are exempt from this rule.. ( my interpitation).

I still am unsure if stats are tracking at all. The letter was sent to tons of people.. i got emails on the belosers site with all kinds.

Problem is the stats are still not working after more than a week into December. Actually for me the latest stats are from November 24, after that there is nothing.

Their system is in a mess, they don't even apologize for that. We've been used to getting our final stats for the previous month on the 7th day of next month which for November would be yesterday, but no-one is saying anything.

No info, no stats, no finalized earnings, nothing. Only a predatory e-mail threatening the account closure.

How messy must the IT department of Bwin be, when they are incapable of resolving problems with stats for two months now!?

It's my opinion that it's not messy, but crookedness that is at play here. They know exactly what/why they are doing this.

I think that everyone that is done with them are lucky to have it happen now verses 10 years down the road when it will hurt even more.

I really wonder who, which persons, are responsible for all that nonsense.

They will probably not work for Bwin forever and that makes me think that they could entertain these interesting ideas at other, currently reputable, affiliate programs in the future.

    Hopefully not.

    November payouts slightly delayed

The report data obtained since 24.11. has not been finalised yet. As this affects earning figures, November invoices will be delayed slightly. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    ---
I really can't believe it. This is outrageous!!! It's been two months since they introduced the new system and they can't even make payouts of our hard earned money now!?

I think it's really time for some regulators to seriously look into Bwin operations.

Well you also must consider this.

Mallai came here a week or so ago and also CAP indicating they would provide the old terms and conditions. Did that happen? NO!

He lied! Outright lie and proof is in the pudding. They publicly said they would post them and revolked by not posting.

They have no more credibility as far as I am concerned! I know many emails I am getting at Belosers.com people are sharing the same feeling.

Trust me It will not be long before so many more affiliates jump ship! Its going to happen.

I cant keep up with the amount of complaints - its unreal.

Another area that boggles my mind is this 3 week vacation the head of affiliates did - he was suppose to be back on the 6th....

Yet no official word on things from him either.

That along weigh the fact Payments are not made for this month - stats do not work and many affiliates have received a shut down threat!

It all adds to a program that has turned dishonest and crooked and also liars based on fact! All this is fact! Its clear and everyone can see!

So we just need to continue our efforts to educate the masses on their totally unethical business practices. We are required to.

I talked to Gerhard Falb, the head of Bwin's affiliate program, at the LAC two years ago and told him about certain quotas (minimum player rule) and special conditions of other programs.

He could not imagine that would happen at Bwin at that time and I learned that they intend to launch a revamped and improved affiliate system. That is why I really wonder what, or who, changed their mind.

They have certainly ruined a once respectable affiliate program in record time. It is a shame.

This reminds me of the term " Don't Judge a book by the cover"

Gerhard has done nothing to show respect for the affiliate community. While 100s of affiliates are struggling to work out this predatory programs issues - he is going on 3 week vacations not allowing anyone to replace him in discussions.

Now that he is back (i assume) were stuck with No Stats, NO Payments, threats of account closures, theft of affiliate earnings, predatory issues and complete lies.

Considering he probably has enough power to recommend changes and I am assuming he doesn't this goes right to heart of the matter and how he and the rest of Bwin management view their partners.

Were just pawns in the chess game!

But they did not realize were now in ZUgZwang!

17 (!) days without even the most basic stats... it is really unbelievable... If I wouldn`t know any better, I´d say we are (unvoluntarily) taking part in some kind of super-duper secret affiliate-behavioural experiment to check out when the last affiliate has had it...

How can a company like Bwin do EVERYTHING related to the launch of a new affiliate program completely wrong ??? How the F###### hell is that possible ??

My 14-year old nephew would have done a better job and all he knows about the business is, that some people send players to the bookies via some more or less cool websites and then we earn a commission on whatever these guys lose.

    It is mindblowing...
