They want to make up their minds, is it due to fraudulent or lack of activity they cannot have it both ways.
Luckily they closed my account a few years ago, but at least I got commission due.

I refused to hand over my personal ID to BV (f**k that!) so they closed my account. Good riddance to them - I now cross-promote their intended visitors onto other brands

"have not referred at least 1 active, depositing player per calendar month."

this is the real cancer rule on the market...this is the "legit" steal rule - i dont promote casinos with this rule.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope it's just a small loss for you. I was actually considering moving them to a better position. Needless to say that I changed my plans.

Yeah it's definitely a cancer term and condition. You can promote a company for 6 years then get thrown out after a few bad months. This is really unethical behaviour.

We as affiliates really should come up with a list of brands that operate like this and keep it published and updated somewhere, I think it would be very helpful.

I would be happy to contribute, maybe a new thread that could be stickied somewhere? Overall there is so little comprehensive info out there that is easy to find for affiliate resources on brands that can be trusted, brands that can't. Quotas, minimums, carryover policies, all could be included. Just a thought because it is getting harder and harder to find good brands to work with (especially big brands).

personally we push only a handful of brands hard but list a lot of others in various places - we need brands that are happy to accept what we give them, or we can't list them. I probably have some auditing to do.

Also regarding BetVictor specifically - we used to do ok with them and listed them in good spots, after they were sold/purchased awhile back our revenue dropped significantly. I always found that to be a bit off.

Much easier to do a whitelist. My own is very short. I just had call with Bet365 - I was again impressed that they are on so different level to all UK shitbrands.

We got this same arrogant message from these mentally challenged oxygen thieves a few years back too. They went straight onto the blacklist.

In my own experience, the reason for quoting these two terms together as being the reason for your account closure will be entirely related to the activity and betting patterns of the few players you say that you have referred.

Obviously I don't know your unique circumstances so can only comment in general but, to give the Operators side of the story...

There are concerns whenever a partner refers a few accounts to begin with and then doesn't seem to be that active in sending further clicks, let alone further registrations. In the mean time if the activity of those few referred players shows certain patterns and frequencies then the pieces will fit together to raise the possibility that what they are seeing is actually a betting ring where a small number of bettors come together via a single affiliate and effectively mitigate any potential betting losses by sharing out the affiliate revenue generated by their losing bets.

Now what the operator chooses to do about that when they suspect it or how they communicate a decision is another matter entirely. I'm not sure if looking at the circumstances I've described that it matches your experience, I'm just mentioning it in general terms.

It's theft pure and simple. I'm a small affiliate and they should be grateful for what can give them. Next we will be defending skybet! If only operators could follow bet365s example.

If you joined Bet Victor affiliates before these terms were introduced then they did not form part of your contract with them.

If you are based in the UK, there is a legal process. It is cheap and easy to follow. A judge will decide whether they are in breach of contract or not, and if they are, the court will enforce payment.

What they do sucks. It's wrong. But unless you do something about it, it will keep happening.

Ah Jean * the 'affiliate security officer' (what kind of job title is THAT?!) raises her ugly head again. The same stupid piece of excrement who I had to deal with when they closed my account.

It's annoying to lose an account but with this lot I literally just laughed at them - the account earnt me peanuts.

Jean came across to me as basically just another crap Little Hitler in an office enjoying the little bit of power she has in her life - I met a few of those in my previous office jobs.

As ever: Focus on the good programs, leave these jokers to their disrespectful antics. They don't have any respect for you as an affiliate.

I was going to post the same list, but I took a look at your football site philrush and I see you are 95% bet365 already. Sorry to narrow your options, but IMHO both 888 and Winner are dodgy as hell.
