BetUS payment

Anyone experiencing problems with payments from BetUS?
Im waiting for my wire for few months already, they dont respond to my emails.

Am I alone?

Why I dont get any reply from you? I have sent like 5 emails, with ZERO response.

Hi Cookie Monster,

Can you please write me directly at [email protected] with you account number and or username. I can help you track down your payment. As for no reply for your last 5 emails. This is concerning, we reply as soon as possible to all incoming inquires. We did have a short outage this past month where our email server was moved to another mail server. Please send you email inquiry again.

As Travis mentioned, we may have experienced some problems with our emails... however, we've also tried calling the phone number you have listed in your profile and we keep getting a disconnected tone. Once again I have problems with payments.
I still dont have August payment. My emails are being ignored.
Am I the only one that have problems with betus?

I'll let BetUS respond, but I think they actually pay a month behind...

So your September payment is actually for comissions ending July 31. So August payment would be your October check.

Here is what I found on BetUS afiliate site about payments;

3. How often do I get paid my commissions?
Affiliates are paid commissions once per month. We send commission statements around the 15th of the following month and continue to process payments until the end of that month. Payments are expected for delivery approximately 2 weeks after processing is completed.
For example May’s commissions will be sent for processing on June 15th and payments will be received around July 15th. Affiliates must meet commission minimums depending on their respective payment method (see question 4).

Rough calculation is that you will get your commissions every 6 weeks if each month is positive. I also didn't get my August commissions yet but expect them for a week or 2.

Yes, they pay six weeks in arrears generally give or take a week or two. Travis always responds very quickly. He is an excellent AM and wont ignore you. Use that direct email address he provided. I queried something the other day and got a reply in minutes.
