bets won not paid

hi
i won three bets that are in the same game and didnt get the money yet
no one in live chat of bet365 can tell me what is going on after 24 hours so the bets are still unsettled
i do need help
i want to get my money back
the live chat just ignore my case, unable to give me any answer neither timeframe
the score of this game is available in many sites in the web
bet365 doesnt pay me though
i need help please
how can i do?

Bet365 usually ignore all. This forum is not exception. I think it is better to send complain to UK Gambling Comission.

What were the bets?
How long have you had a Bet365 account?
is it legal for you to have one? ie you're over age and live in a region which is allowed to play/bet?

Bet365 is big brand betting company in Europa, will not effect even you are send complain to GOV

What game have you played on and from what Championship?

If there is any doubt for a fix game or suspicious betting activity, you might wait too long.

I know guys from Uk and not only who are waitingfor such unsettled bets for a long, long period.

If it is a friendly one or from lower/dodgy divisions - it might take too long.

Pls. share more info, in order more people to be able to help you out.

OH FFS - this is a one time poster about a betting issue over 2 and a half years ago.
The OP is February 2017 - He never came back - never updated the post.

this is dead - or should be.

And yet the only post they deleted was my post from yesterday saying "hello spammer" to the person that revived this old thread to boost their post count. Shows the priorities in this place. They just want it to 'seem' active, even if it's spammy nonsense.

Thanks for letting me know. Perhaps this post will be deleted too, I dunno. I have not suffered from many posts being deleted at gpwa (now, CAP was another matter) so it shouldn't bother me personally but when I am missing out on important information such as that was being posted by M Cat, and they get deleted as I'm trying to read it.... well the whole thing smacks of censorship and I don't like it.

One thing is for certain: gpwa has changed in the last few years.

If a post is removed - at least tell visitors WHY.
