Partner did not pay commission for October 2020. Amount is small, but the obligations are not fulfilled.
(two days ago I wrote in a comment on the previous topic, probably in the wrong place, there was not even an answer, delete in the previous topic if possible).

Amount: 68.87 euros
Date 31.10.2020 (payment must be before 15.11.2020)

The reason (according to the manager) - no minimum amount for payment.
At the time of payment - minimum amount of 50 euros (screenshot).
As of 02/08/2021, the amount of 68.87 euros has not been credited to the gaming account and has not been returned to the partner account either.
Confirmation: account balance (-813.67 euros)
Balance has not changed from 12/01/2020 to 02/10/2021 (today). Statistics on payments in the account have not changed for more than 2 months.

Conclusion: "fast payments", "statistics update once a day", "No negative carry over".

I have contacted the manager many times, the issue has not been resolved in three months, or rather it is not clear.
To communicate, honestly, there is no longer any desire, tired of sending the same screenshots. I removed them from the main page on my sites and moved them down in the ranking.

Payments earlier: one payment, 2 years ago, I received 50 euros to the player's account, but only after contacting the manager.
I hope there will be no problems with payments in the rest of the affiliate program participants. Good luck to all!

Hi BestBuker!

We did indeed increase our threshold and informed affiliates, but as you correctly state the traffic brought before counts for old threshold. I see several attempts to credit account but the issue is payment methods. I will inform your affiliate manager to get in touch about alternative payment methods we can pay this comission. Hoping to resolve this asap.

Thanks Phil. I didn't want to quarrel, I know that issues are resolved faster through the forum. I think this is the only case that caused a misunderstanding.

I sent my manager alternative payment details. I hope she will answer, I hope today.

Payment method was agreed with the manager, invoice created and sent. I'm waiting for payment. I also hope that the problem will be solved as soon as possible.

I am still waiting our Betmaster payments as well. It is a big chunk over 30k, all legit FTDs. I have been waiting for almost 3 months now.

Betmaster, could you please process our payment too so we can settle this ?
