Bethard Group (not paying or delayed) Payments? (RESOLVED)

Hi!

Affiliate here with some problems of getting a payment from September and now sent a decent amount of players for October so just wanted to hear that how has things when with them for some one else? Commission amount of September is just over the treshold and it´s not the amount but just want to know that do things work with them ok? Thinking of my future with them and there is not so much impressions for their affiliate program here. I think the commission payment for September has been checked about 4 times with no definitive answer.

Just a update: No answers from Bethard group. I also noticed before that they have a max payout of 500€ per month to Skrill? What kind of limit is that even?

Tried to get some answers at the time when making this thread that can i get the payments with bank transfer as i am not a registered company because they have that 500€ limit with Skrill. Answers were vague in the example of "maybe" "have to check". This person was a head of affiliates. You gotta know these things or am I wrong here? Also , they wanted to change my deal for November and maybe change it back in December(Commission deal was really poor compared to the earlier one but i understood the reasons) and that was done right at that minute. No "checking things" , it was like bang. The payments other hand....

I´ve generated about 2300€ worth of commissions for October and I have no idea how i will get my commissions paid as the payment for September has been in the "i must check with finance"-status for a month now. Communication worked at the start when i started to send traffic to them but now it´s been turned up side down and this feels like a ultimate stall. Hope that making this thread and update here can solve this thing and give me some real definitive answers as in why the communication is so confusing and neglecting , how and when will i get my full commission payments that I´ve earned and just that what is really going on.

A little update on the matter: Got contacted By my own affiliate manager. Was sorry about this once again and said once again that she will sort this out. Said that stuff has been going on because of Berlin etc. I can understand that fully. It´s just that the communication has been so confusing and thing has been dragging on. At this point i said that I´ve made a topic about this matter on GPWA. At this point , for me atleast , it seemed things went moving forward which is kind of sad actually that I´d have to make a topic of this in order to get this settled. She was confused that the September payments was still not paid to me. Said that she will take care of it

Forward to day. It seems now that the commissions from September and October will be paid to my playeraccount. Will update the situation once i get the funds to playeraccount and once I´ve gotten a withdrawal after sending in the documents.

Update: Documents sent and verified day or two ago. No commission paid to the playeraccount yet. Commission was to be paid as soon as possible. Will update status.

Hi guys,

I'm working with them for around 2.5 years (sometimes I'm more active with them, sometimes I'm not, unfortunately I find it difficult to convert with them).

They are usually ok with payments. For example they paid me my September earnings.

No funds seen yet...They claim that they pay around 10th of everymonth. I´ve been now skipped two months by this...and i don´t mean few days here and there when payment is received but no payment paid whatsoever in two months...those being the first two months with them...not the best type of start i´d say...

at the moment i´d say no. It´s not fun to hunt down your commissions that you´ve earned.

Interesting to note...

I really only think that in my case , it´s just the matter of "doing it" and making the payment happen. I think there is zero problems with anything regarding the payment but somebody for some reason does not want to press the button. Will update on this...

Update and conclusion

Funds came this monday to the playeraccout after i reminded my affiliate manager about the matter again. She said that they have sent 4 emails to finance etc. and somethings wrong. It was about 10 minutes after i reminded her about this , the funds were transferred. She boosted the commission with +50€ because of the delay.

Glad this was all sorted, and sorry it took applying such pressure, but you staying vigilant (not belligerent) most likely helped in getting the issue solved, however it should not have become an "issue" in the first place.
