Betfred/Totesport stats freeze

Anyone else got no stats updates for last few days at Betfred/Totesport?

Am seeing no updates since the Friday before the Grand National. Think the Grand National must have broke their minds.

Events shouldn't affect stat updates since they should be automated.. Unless it's done manually which makes you wonder.. Can they say, take out numbers..

Yep, same here. No data from last Saturday onwards.

They shouldn't do but massive events with lots of bets might delay it. Though it shouldn't be delayed by 4 days (unless they are still calculating how much I've earned

Betfred site crashed on grand national day. Not sure how long for, only saw it down after race with holding page about not coping with traffic. It has happened many times in past to them too - I used to keep an eye on them all on grand national day as many couldn't cope year after year.

Looks like it is slowly updating. Stats available until Sunday.

I hope you are right. The stats have been static a while my end and are totally wrong - got revenue figures but not showing any referrals.

Just had confirmation from my AM that the stats are incomplete at the moment: "We are waiting for the files to be imported with IA, should get an ETA on this later today."

The registration files for the 9th-11th are not in the system as of yet, although some stats are uploaded. The stats that are in the system are being verified right now. We will issue an update as soon as one is available. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

To confirm, there has been a delay in updating Betfred stats for Saturday 9th through Monday 11th April. Due to unforeseen technical issues on the Betfred merchant, the registration files have failed to load thus effecting sales data.

We are working on resolving this as top priority, and stats should be displayed correctly in the system by the end of the day.

Please accept our apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience and continued support.

Having Serious Issues with Totesport this Month, Stats freezing, Log in Problems. Has anyone got a Skype Contact as i am still awaiting payment and surprise surprise they don't answer emails !! Would be handy to have a direct link to them. TIA
