Betfred Stats Issues - May 2014

Anyone having stats issues with Betfred?

For the last 4 days-ish it hasn't updated properly so I'm not seeing proper stats, I think they have some issues again.

Yes same here, I am in the middle of stripping my sites of BetFed links, because enough is enough. The stats issue has gone on for 8 months or more, it is obviously something which they are not even interested in fixing, as nothing takes 8 months or more to fix.

I've only been with them for a few months, and have had many stat issues. I enquired about it with my affiliate manager once and he pleaded ignorance.
They do always catch up though, and Betfred do pay on time. I'm not going to dump them over it because they are a good brand, I just think they don't give a crap about occasional delays in their stat updates.

I think there is a difference in late stats and randomly slashing thousands off peoples commission at the end of the month.

Now the closest I have had to an explanation is something to do with IGT and Incomeaccess. Now I am no expert in affiliate programs and how the back end works, but one thing I do know is most my traffic is generated around IGT slots, and not one other affiliate program which uses Incomeaccess seems to have this eight month problem+. In fact just out of observation, all these problems arise at the same time Active Wins takes over BetFred.

Late payment are late payments, but last year I had three payments off the top of my head which rolled into the next month and was paid with the next months payment. Now to me this is not really a problem, I have more than enough coming in from other programs, but what it does show which is annoying is a complete lack of respect for their affiliates. I am sure there will be many of affiliates who have been paid late who did need the money at the time it was meant to be issued.

Oh and nearly forgot, to go on top of all these issues, we have the blatant theft from Betfred which is being reported here by many people. https://www.dietistaktuellt.com/forum/anyone-be...tml#post755546 Another reason why they will receive no more traffic from my sites.

And to be honest they are not even the best converting program, probably the worst out of the UK major high street bookmakers. They are only on my sites in the first place as I do not like all my traffic going to the same place.

Betfred are one of my best converting programs. It takes me the least clicks to get a signup with these guys. The player value is lower than some of the others but in terms of conversions they are pretty good, even with the no deposit offer I'm finding a lot going on to deposit so I can't say I have any issues with them in that respect. I didn't want this to become another Betfred-slagging post, I just was trying to enquire if others had stats issues, which are niggly and annoying I agree as I am a serial 'stats checker'.

Hey,it has been updated here, but the stats looks horrible. So i think,there is still an error. Here it says, that my player got a higher 5 digit bonus amount?!?? and my rev. is at a huge negative...so i hope they gonna fix it soon.

I got an email from ActiveWins dated today that stated they had some issues getting the data syncing with the IA backend.

I think IA makes a great software beackend, and I personally have never had any stats issues that were not worked out with BetFred in the past so I am willing to wait a day or so to give them the opportunity to get this squared away.

We would like to apologise for the recent delay you have been experiencing with your statistics being uploaded into Income Access, this has resulted in missing stats throughout May.
Although some data has now been uploaded to the affiliate system for the 1st - 8th May, Betfred are still experiencing some issues with the data feed which means that we still do not have Games stats for 6th, 7th and the 8th May. Therefore, Betfred will need to re-upload the files for these days.
The data has been delayed due to a data-feed error that we are committed to fixing. We can confirm that Betfred are working hard to resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.

Betfred cannot be trusted at all in our experience. Stats go missing, stats are late, I've heard people reporting obscure stats like the bonus amount you mention. On top of that they've claimed back $4000 in supposed "fraud" from our account in the last 7 months (https://www.dietistaktuellt.com/forum/activewin...hlight=betfred). They're rogue in our opinion and our experience with them echoes what has been said above - you have an issue and all you get is ignorance and people saying that it's beyond their control. Just cannot build a big referral base with these people when you cannot trust that business relationship to last or stay in its existing format, no matter what their conversion is like.

When i got an email entitled 'Important information regarding your Betfred account' I actually nearly pooed my pants thinking something really bad had happened such as:

- Account shutdown
or
- Account breach/hacked

Suffice to say, it scared me, haha! What with the Stan James stuff on here I thought oh no not something else.

Well I have personally had stat issues with BetFred since November 2013, when they promised they would be sorted by December. Funny enough, they never have been sorted. All I now get is the same old promise of next month, but next month never actually comes.

Just makes me not trust any stats when companies have consistent problems. How do you believe what they're telling you is right or wrong when issues are not spotted/dealt with in a timely manner.

My stats has been updatet, all is fixed. I can't complain. Took them 2 days, after i wrote them.

On behalf of ActiveWins and Betfred, we would like to apologise for the recent issues you may have experienced with viewing daily programme stats.

With the implementation of the new data feed from Betfred to Income Access in recent weeks, the automatic data feed was temporarily switched off whilst testing was carried out to ensure data was uploaded to the correct product. Consequently, this resulted in a sporadic upload of information and 1 weeks’ worth of data being uploaded in 1 day. Automatic feeds were reinstated on Friday 16^{th }May, therefore data will continue to be uploaded on a daily basis moving forward. Display issues prior to this date have been corrected and statistics are now displaying correctly.

As ever, Betfred are committed to fixing any issues and apologise for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please contact hi[@]activewins[dot]com.
