Is betfred affiliates gone?

Is everything switched over to activewins? Is data being merged over?

About 6 weeks ago. 30th Sep you need all your links changed over to the new system.

Me too! I didn't know the links needed to be changed. Explains why suddenly stats stay blank though.

I'd check your email addresses properly as they must have sent out at least 5 reminding people about the change over.

I checked and double-checked, but not a single email from Betfred or ActiveWins regarding this issue......(and yes, also checked spam-folders

)

Sorry I meant the email you use in the activewins system. May not have moved across properly.

Prior to the migration on 24th July, communications were sent detailing what steps need to be completed and important dates. Since then, we have sent reminders to make sure you familiar with the procedures. To prevent any miscommunications, please make sure your affiliate manager has your correct details to save any miscommunications. 

All your stats and creative for Betfred are now in the ActiveWins system. You can use your existing details, to log into your account at www[dot]activewins[dot]com[/]login.

Please make sure you change your tracking links as soon as possible to ensure your players are still tracked. You will also need to update your payment details in the new system so we are able to pay your commissions.

For updates, you can also follow us on Twitter & Facebook [at]activewins. If you need any help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your affiliate manager, or drop me an inbox.

I definitely did not receive one single email about this matter, although my email address in the Betfred/ActiveWins system is correct.

Just found this thread, saves me making a new one. So BetFred stops tracking links from their old affiliate program, yet I can still log in and see the clicks that they will not pay for. For a big affiliate, it is near enough impossible to change all their links, what is the problem with BetFred redirecting their links to the new ActiveWins ones?

Hi Mickyfu,

Following the transition over to the ActiveWins system in July, we ask that all affiliates change their tracking links to make sure their players are still tracked. The transition allows affiliates to access all ActiveWins brands in one management system, making it easier to access performance stats and creative. The links present in the old system will not redirect or link through to the new system as the old system will no longer exist. Therefore, the old links will not track players coming through, hence the notice period given to affiliates for changing links. Please change your tracking links to ensure that your players are still tracked. Your affiliate manager will be happy to help with this, please get in touch or email hi[at]activewins[dot]com.<O
