I'll just say this. This is how it works. Just talking about underage and forget everything else like fraud or what have you. It's win/win for the casino and lose/lose for the underage.
An underage player can deposit all they want. Spending their summer busboy money or their college fund or their inheritance. They will never win. Either they lose, and most likely go away. Or they win and can never cash out winnings. They will get thier deposits back but they will never win.
The casino can take their summer busboy money or college fund or their inheritance and not even bother to know it until its cash out time. It does not appear they care. No one knows how many kids are playing as I'm typing this. The casino collects and collects from the underage depositers and then doesn't have to pay the winners. Of course we know the majority will lose. Appears like a nice gig for the casinos and I am surprised it's allowed still.
There is no accountibility and I stand by it when I say it's deplorable. I'm not pinning it on any one entity and I am just as guilty for not doing something about it. However, when a casino uses that underage excuse or that they dont take students but are not proactive it's just wrong as an industry.
absolutely agree with all of that, which is why I took major issue with them over being complete dicks asking me for ID. Total hypocrisy, and bullshit, and a complete joke when you think taxpayer money in europe goes to pay these gambling boards etc. for meaningful oversight.
