    Default betfair cheats with affiliates

i work with them from 2008 (ID 12783),
until earnings was below 1000 gbp per month they paid in good faith
but from the 2nd half of 2009 when my traffic and earnings grows up strong problems appear - no payments as usually.
after my multiple emails they paid something,
for example for august 18/12/09, and most interesting opposite October and December i saw paid in my stats and got nothing, but they said money was send. Opposite November is nothing still
now they owe me 5150 for 2009 and
my manager Evgeny Ulanov tell that he dont know when they can resolve this problem

Sorry for my poor English but this is unbelievable situation.
Betfair delay 5150 GBP more than 3 months, and mr.Evgeny Ulanov tell that he dont know when they can resolve this problem

I think betfair must return 5150 to DiverF1 + compensation for 3 months delay as soon as possible, or post comments about this situation.

Sorry for my bad English language again.

This is a growing trend, It appears there "Taking from Paul to pay Peter."

I have scene well over 20 affiliate complaints on the forums the past few months

I think its time for a pull out at BetFair

    Default Missing Payment

    Hi

With regards to this particular issue we have contacted DiverF1 directly to confirm any outstanding payments have now been re-issued. To be clear, Betfair run a monthly payment cycle based on calendar months. Currently we only support bank wire transfer and the minimum payment threshold is GBP 50.

Occasionally some payments can fail or be rejected from the bank used by the affiliate. When a payment is rejected or returned it is usually re-issued in the next available payment run and this can therefore cause a delay in the payment being made. We endeavour to keep affiliates updated if their payment has been delayed.

We are currently looking into several additional payment methods to improve our payment options based on direct feedback from affiliates. In the meantime if you have any issues regarding receiving your payments please contact [email protected]

    Kind Regards

    The Betfair Affiliate Team

    Hi DiverF1,

Please accept our apologies in regards to the smilies, it was an code error within our browser that we have not fixed.

In regards to the contact, we contacted you to let you know that you have been paid and to let others on the forum know that we have not ignored this issue.

The blank space against your payment highlights that an attempt for payment has failed and that we are chasing it up.

Please accept our apologies for any misunderstanding.

    Thanks

    The Betfair Affiliate Team.

On the smile thing it has happened to me so they did do it by accident - @Betfair just tick disable smilies before you post otherwise it autmaticaly looks for smilies and converts them in your text
