    Default bet365 locked my affiliate account. No answer to my email!

    I have been unable to log in my bet365 affiliate account for 2 days. Although I emailed their support and my AM right away, they haven't replied yet. I do not know what happened. I am working with them for about 7-8 years without problem. Now they suddenly do this to me? I read on another thread that they sent an email regarding updated TOS earlier this month and required affiliates to accept it, but I received no email like that.

    Same here, promote bet365 since 2007 without problem

    My account is also suspended?? And they said my account is suspended due to some management review. After that, they cut off communication. No update; nothing.

    I've been working with them for the past 10 years,
    send them to thousands new players
    check my bet365 stats last friday
    this month have many new players and a commission of 4000
    I have no idea why they suspended my account

    Do not panic. Happened the same to me. After I emailed my AM, they told me that I did not comply with their new bonus rules for Sweden.

    I replied for bonus in UK, Spain, Latam ES and PT, but Sweden email never reached me.

    I suspect they have some problem with delivering emails. I am using gmail there exactly not to miss any email. But maybe they keep sending so many emails, that gmail considers it as hardcore spam and it is not even in spambox. Or something like that. I believe your accounts will be brought back as mine.

    I do not promote them from that time until things get resolved.

    I missed the one about South America as well, they suspended my account. Quick email off to my AM and it was reopened that same day.

    I wouldn't worry too much. As long as you are following their rules and responding to emails regarding which sites you own and compliance, it should sort itself out. I imagine there are thousands of people in the same boat.

    Also, your account still keeps running in terms of players/revenue, just you can't access until you comply..... for how long though I don't know.

    same problem here, mine was suspended at the same time last month because I didn't respond to an email I never received. I received email 8th October so I responded, I go to login Yesterday and i'm suspended again for the 2nd time in 4 weeks. No response via email, I dont believe they have a contact number either. WTF is going on? It seems like it's a matter of time before they completely scrap the affiliate scheme completely.

    I just got an reply from my AM. He informed that my account was suspended because I didn't reply to "an important email" they sent me on 5/10/17. In fact, I never got the email he said. And he implied that my account cannot be re-opened at the moment as it's not their priority! What a mess!

    Hi,

    same issue here. I have never received email about Sweden market and I don't promote that market... account is suspended, two days waiting for reply. Don't have AM... any suggestion?
