Bet365 just closed my affiliates account!

I've only had good experiences with bet 365

Dear Partner,

We have identified that the commission’s percentage payable on your non-active bet365 affiliate account is currently set at an ‘enhanced rate’. Following the termination of your affiliate agreement the rate of such commission was not correctly fixed at the standard advertised rate for the affiliate programme in accordance with our usual policy.

As a result, and in line with the agreed terms and conditions, we are writing to notify you that as of 12/06/2023, the commission’s percentage payable on your account for all products, will be adjusted to our standard advertised rate of 30%.

To confirm, all enhanced earnings generated up until 12/06/2023 will remain honoured as a gesture of good will.

It is kind of sad to lose the extra income, but my account was closed by them in 2017 during the purge and until now they paid the higher than agreed 30% commission.

This is not the behavior of a company that wants to steal your money. So if you can, stick with bet365.

I have however problems with payouts, since February, they were not able to pay me via bank wire. Then one payment came through, but I am owed 3 months commissions by now.

The responses are accurate, but response times by their account@ email are slow.

I received the strangest email from bet365, the first one since I was banned. to explain the context, my account had a 40 % commision instead of the usual 30. so I get this :
Dear Partner,

So how to understand it? from 0.00 usd now instead of 40% it will be 30%?

or is someone still using my account somehow and cashing in the amounts I should receive? is there really no bet365 manager here to explain anything?

It is is in reference to past players previously sent.

Had a similar issue as well. The solution for me was to change bank wire details from an USD to an EUR account and then write on the invoice "to be paid in EUR".

Yes, if you are earning zero at 40% on your existing player base with them then you will now be earning zero at 30%!
They call anything over 30% an "enhanced rate" because they pay normally at 30%. They are reducing your rate to 30%, that is all. As you can see from this thread, this is a standard email they send to affiliates who they continue to pay but who no longer promote them.

the idea is that my account was shut down some months ago with a simple email and no more answers since. I can't login or didn't receive any payments since, it's like I was never a partner of bet365, and now getting email about 30%. in theory I shouldn't have received anything if they just deleted me

I had EUR payments for a decade.

But glad I am not alone. I had this problem and same error RR04 with payments from sportsinteraction at EUR.

Aparently times are tougher in banking. I received the missing payments yday from bet365.

I am surprised someone got 40% from bet365.

Bonus abuse. This was a thing from 10-15 years ago I remember bettors complaining about it.

I doubt anyone was on 40%. The enhanced deals were more like 2.5% extra.

I heard rumors that Livesport was over 40%. It was a weird number 43% or 47%. But they delivered maybe 1M+ FTDs.
Sorry for the diversion, but for some reason I think this thread says just half of the story.
Bet365 for me were always difficult to communicate with. But they always knew where are the rules and how to play the boundaries. And they follow them with chirurgic precision.

Even this last email, sent from no-reply address with assertive/arrogant tone, almost caused me to reply: "Roger that Lady. (And thank you for the fishes.)" But it was from no-reply email...

I lost by this email most money in my life (crypto excluded). I probably lost more than sum of all my stolen affiliate incomes combined. And in one minute I forgot about it, because there was no foul play. Coates can after all allocate those money better than fool like me.

The more I sadly need to work with people, the more I understand why Bet365 behaves this way and the more I am sure their success came because of that no-communication.

To read that bet365 will rob everyone is evergreen like that BTC or Tether will go bankrupt or that Putin is in a terminal stage of cancer. See you in 2024.

Also, through the network you never get your percentage lowered. You can have a permanent deal of 35-37% for all verticals (if you are very big, you may be able to get a little more).

They lower the commission to basic 30% after they close the account. You can have a permanent deal only for 30%. Everything above might be temporary. Although they paid me the higher commission for 6 years.

I wouldn't waste my time with anyone who 'guaranteed' anything in this business. Bet365 emphasise that anything over 30% is temporary. They made the point when it was given and they made the point at every quarterly review. Obviously there are no guarantees in this stinking, crooked business where an affiliate account can be closed at a moment's notice. Bet365 have always acted with integrity, the only ones, but past performance is no guarantee of future behaviour.

Bet365 are one of the best in the business. Like others in this thread, I'm no longer sending them new clients but they are still paying me commission for previously referred players. They are the only one. Other affiliate programs said "get paid for life", however only Bet365 honoured that in practice.

40% at bet365 is a bit of a wow to me!
I never got anything above the 30% and was sending them loads of customers at one point.
I did get bonus deals for extra money if I hit certain targets of FTDs, but never an increase in the general %.

40% if you're not Better Collective, that's pretty unbelievable.
