Players who re-registered prior to the date of synchronization with the old accounts appear seamlessly in the stats as active players, not as new registrations / depositors. Players who register after that day show as "new depositors" although tagged to an old link not used anymore. I made myself a new link right away to make the difference since resuming with promotion and that is my firm advice for anyone, that way it is easier to see what is happening. All I can say is bet365 is obviously doing their best to match as many as possible players with the old accounts.

I'm yet to contact anyone from bet365 via phone and there is no information how the commission from the last month will be handled. Bulgarian support sent mass email last monday saying they will contact us with more information but that didn't happen at all.

Last update from me. Just received e-mail from Bulgarian support which states I will receive the May commissions on Monday.

It's good that there is now clarity.
Apparently launching this topic give quick response.

The bulgarian support would be a big joke if they don't cost me money... The only one email i've got from them after many emails from me is stated that they don't have clarity on this issue! WTF?!?

No referrals reclaimed, no money received. Is it just me?
