    What happened is wrong on so many levels! Here is another point of view - I have worked hard for my clients for exactly 13 years. From yesterday there are hundreds of links in Facebook with text "bet365 are back - reopen your account here", every second site in Bulgaria has the same links, every forum has a few topics with same content. So in a few days all this scammers will have all of mine and all of yours clients. Do you realize how messed up is all of this?

    I am sure most people (even inside bet365) won't give a damn but I hope people like James realize the huge amount of wrongdoing here...

    Bet365 have always done the right thing in the past. You are right, if they mistreat affiliates in this situation then it could happen anywhere. I have confidence in them. Not good that no explanations are forthcoming yet though.

    I guess mine is still in Amsterdam because I can not reach her from yesterday. It is a normal thing for most managers to be there because it is an important event in the industry (I went the first year). But a colleague contacted his and things might not be that bad. As James suggested we should talk to our managers before panicking. Their phone numbers are in every e-mail they send. I have most manager phones in my e-mail history so guess you have them also.

    My only advice is to click on every link you see in Facebook so their budget to go zero soon as possible.

    Yes, I confirm it too. I don't know if it will be a continuous process of synchronization with the old accounts (I assume big % of players haven't re-registered yet) and if all accounts can be matched but bet365 once again proved they are the biggest ever! Thanks to James and the other staff involved for the efforts!

    I will reply here to the few private messages I got because I am under 10 posts and can not write PMs. If you have mostly Bulgarian players you can see in your stats for the past two days that many of the active players have returned. We were supposed to have zero stats because ALL accounts were blocked and now there are fresh deposits. I checked that with a few colleagues also. So obviously these are transferred accounts.

    So I guess there is no need to contact my affiliate manager and this will be handled automatically?

    Once again good job Bet365. This thread should be remembered and shown to other clowns who call themselves "affiliate programs". I would personally not complain even if my account would be gone, because I trust Bet365 and I always will. Bet365 topmanagement/owners should know that they feed not just their employees, but also many partners and their employees. Do not dare to sell the company, exit or whatever else

    No way to confirm that now because I managed to acquire new clients in the meantime. I'll ask about that my manager as soon as I get his/her number.

    Actually there is. The transferred players are not marked as new registrations and also you should have much more active players than the new depositors. Also I used a new link for the new clients and know for sure which player came from where...

    In the rush I didn't consider using a new link which would be really good idea. For every single day since the license mine new depositors are pretty much the same number as my active players so I can't be sure my old clients are being transferred unless someone from bet365 confirms it for me.

    That is the day I dread. The day I come on here or turn the news on and hear of a Bet365 buyout by some horrible industry giant who want to outsource the affiliate program to Israel. Hope they keep it as a family-run business with morals and respect for its partners.

    They are definitely doing something because I had a new deposit from an old link without any new visits or new registrations through the very same old link. God, they would be THE BEST if they return all of our clients!!!
