I'm still looking for the "bet-at-home affiliate team" to acknowledge that they made a mistake.Writing that my affiliate account is "no longer a point of discussion" and that I should "accept this determination" is no way to handle this issue.

I'm still waiting for an answer.
Seems to me like a complete scam by bet-at-home.. If you cannot even provide the affiliate a reason why he/she is no longer receiving there monthly commission something is up. Also if your no longer paying him, you should also deactivate the bettors. Why should you earn and have business brought in from the so affiliate?

Mr Corfman, I would like a vote for removal from GPWA for bet-at-home.

It's hard to see how the bet-at-home affiliate team will ever promote their products here on GPWA when this thread and the thread on their affiliate terms would give any respectable affiliate second thoughts on whether to promote them or not.

I've been totally open with them from the start and I think that was clear for all to see here in the forum.

mariusrec, you are not the only one person which they banned, i was too on December 2010, and my friend was also few days after me.
In my case the reason was that i used word simmillar to bet-at-home in my campaigns.
When i joined to the program about 3 years ago and if i remember correctly, there was no point in t&c which didn't allow to use these keywords.
What more i asked is it allowed, and they reply me YES, i can prove it because i backuped this email.
They close my account with any warnings, i lose my all players, i'm sure that more than 400 but i didn't remember mayby it was something around 450 persons. They stoped display banners on my webistes.

After around 1 month of sending emails, they agree with me that it was THEIR MISTAKE, they wrote it in one of emails.
I asked for commission for November and half of Decmber because they didn't pay it out after blocking my account.
Finally i get my commissions on March and April this year.

What more, when they told me that this is their mistake and there isn't any chances to turn back on my account i didn't remove my webistes from server. I keep them for some time, and after 2-3 weekends i found banners active on my website which was very high in Google, for few keywords i was 1st in my country. When i found them active i went to the affiliate panel i tried to log in.
I WAS ABLE TO LOG IN! My account was turned on, it wasn't deleted. I saw that still count expressions and clicks of banners, of course i made screenshoots of them.
Next i immediatelly wrote to affiliate manager, what is going on. One they told that my account is blocked, then i found it working.
    What they did?
    THEY TURN IT OFF AGAIN.
All the time they lied to me.

Now when they payed me out all commission after few months of waiting i can simply remove banners from my websites, and made 301 redirect to another online sportbook which is honest which their partners, i think it will be Betsafe, i'm with them around 3 years, and i can't say bad word about this cooperation.
They are honest with me and always pay me in time.

    Hi artur81,

Thank you for sharing your experience with the bet-at-home affiliate team. It's nice to know that in the end you received your commission. Better late than never.

But it's becoming increasingly obvious that bet-at-home is not as friendly towards affiliates as they might first appear. It's sad to see them on the Platinum Sponsor's list here on GPWA.

What I don't understand is why you removed the websites from the server. Where they specific affiliate sites only for bet-at-home (you weren't promoting any other affiliates on those sites) ?
