Hello,
Is there any online payment service with debit card or even with virtual debit card that accept and can be used to fund transfer at the bookmaker in USA?

PayPal is a good alternative to consider using. They're quite reliable and I've never had trouble with them.
Paypal and Venmo are both commonly available at most brands, and most brands offer some type of branded gift card solution.
Other popular options include Play+, PayNearMe, etc.

I had a look at the most famous US bookies that are listed on hxxps://www.betastic_com and most of them offer online payment with Paypal (which is best imo), PayNearMe, Play+, echec and Skrill.
Some bookies have even more payment methods. Well as mentioned I've made best experiences with Paypal und Skrill which are known online payment services for many years.
PP is NOT a good choice for many affiliates, especially those based in the US and those who use it for other business functions.
There is a long list of people that have accounts shut down due to receiving payments in their accounts related to or linked to gambling.

Paypal are very strict when it comes to payments to affiliates. I have to agree with universal4, that many affiliates got account closed for such payments.
Regarding Wise( prev. TransferWise) - do not use it for crypto and affiliate payments. You will have your account closed as well.
If you have a chance to use Skrill it is the best option among with BTC or USDT.

They have published terms that directly speak to the use for gambling, and there are specific statements that affect US Residents.
Years ago those that did in fact have issues had to sign an agreement that stated they would not use certain words or their images on any sites that also promoted gambling in perpetuity.
