    Default Belgium bans foreign gambling sites from 2011

    Just came accros the following news item in the Belgian Newspaper Gazette van Antwerpen. A new law is signed by the King allowing only national land based operators to offer online gambling in Belgium. This is banning all other online gambling from Belgium in 2011.

    I wonder how they will enforce that - will they make ISPs filter sites?

    Belgium is a member of the EU. Doesn't that violate the EU trade agreement?
